在開發區裏，loft結構的商品房。我們住的是上層。房間看着有點年份。房間給人的感覺有點缺安全感。房間裏還有一個堆滿物料的儲物間。我們檢查的很久。隔音是很大的問題，晚上下層的客人聲音很響，跟吵架一樣，半夜狗叫聲一陣一陣。折騰到凌晨才迷糊睡着。房東是遠程辦理入住的，發來提醒和門鎖密碼，服務非常的到位。沒有自帶停車場，樓下的地面停車場30塊一天封頂。友情提醒：停車場出去右拐就是一個美食街區，附近開發區便民停車場是20塊封頂一天。管家也推薦了免費停車場，可是有1.9km。地鐵距離步行30分鐘可到。早餐木有，過年期間，樓下沒有選項。入店需要100塊按金，離店無破損不特別臟亂會退。不過管家可能因為過年也沒跟我收。（有一説一：建議根據攜程的等級看情況，現在基本沒有酒店還在收按金的）。性價比可以參考春節期間翻三倍價格的考情況來考慮。

回滬路上對原來的酒店不滿意，匆匆忙忙訂了這家，高速下來幾公里就到了，環境很不錯，停車位充足，衞生狀況衹能説一般，服務也幾乎談不成，過年期間好像就一個人值班。反正就睡一晚，也沒什麼好計較，寵物友好。
