The owners pay attention to every detail and do everything possible to make you feel at home. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of dairy, non-dairy, and bread options. "We were with a coach party and had an overnight stay here. The hotel has a lovely entrance with an ornate staircase leading up to the first floor. This was where the breakfast buffet was with a seated area and food preparation. There was one lift for 6 people and this was very busy if you had several people trying to use it at the same time. We were on floor 7 and decided to use the stairs. However the stairs up to floor 3 were normal stairs and then for us on floor 7 it was a very tight spiral staircase with limited handrail which in all honesty would be quite dangerous for most people. Our room had a very budget feel with paper cups and a poor hospitality tray. However the bed was good. Breakfast was a good continental selection with a limited supply of hot food. There was a 4 slice toaster machine but only one side was working so it was very slow to get toast if a couple of people were waiting. A good supply of coffee and tea but no plant milk. This is a budget hotel which shows especially in the bedroom, probably ok for a night stay but if you intend to stay longer it would be best to look elsewhere."

"I will be leaving this review as average (not very extraordinary). Previously i have stayed in Ibis-Budget hotels, so i have idea how economic they are and accordingly what can we expect in return. However this time i chose (non-budget) in a hope to get better than budget option. May be i had higher expectations, i am not too sure. However, there were certainly few things which were important to mention. I stayed in Room No. 10 on 26 March 2024, and found out that the shower sewerage was blocked, hence water was accumulated in the shower area. Informed hotel administration, and the staff just said she has made a note of this. Afterwards didn't see any action. So couldn't take shower before checking out. This was one of the major issue i faced. Rooms were average (almost same if i was staying at Ibis Budget). Nothing too bad, nor anything extraordinary to be fair. However breakfast options were good and i must admit that they had good variety of buffet items they were offering. They have got their own secured parking for customers, so this is a plus point. Overall i shall mark my stay as average."

"Extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Aragon Perpignan. Bad in every possible way. Very poor manners from the staff from the moment we arrived. The bathroom lights were not working properly, and we were given only one towel for two people for two days. We had to ask for more towels. The staff was rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. We had prepaid for breakfast, and when we arrived exactly at closing time (10:30), the employee showed us her phone displaying 10:31 after arguing with us and refused to even allow us to have a simple coffee because she had already started cleaning. To make matters worse, the employee the following day was sarcastic the entire time and openly mocked the situation instead of trying to help. One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Absolutely not recommended for anyone."
