Hotels with Parking in Lao Cai

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is impeccably clean. The staff are friendly and patient. The management puts a great deal of care and thought into every detail. The rooms are wonderfully quiet thanks to the soundproof windows. The air conditioning works perfectly, the space is roomy, and all necessary facilities are available. It is conveniently close to the train station, with plenty of dining choices nearby.

Slippers are not disposable! After communicating with the front desk translator, slippers were indeed sent quickly, and the result was exactly the same. I took a pair of shoes that were used many times in plastic#not too bad

Stayed here on a solo trip. There was some confusion with the location as Google Maps showed it differently from the website, but Google was correct. The facilities were exceptionally clean, including the bathroom. The amenities were plentiful, and I was especially impressed by the powerful hairdryer. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the market and the border. It's a quiet area, but not deserted, so I felt safe. This was the best hotel of my entire trip. I'd love to stay here again if I ever come back to Lao Cai. By the way, it was around 2200 yen per night.

I stay at this hotel frequently when I travel to China. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, all amenities provided. Things to improve: Communication with whatsapp messages. The response is slow and when I required information to book a car to Sapa it took 2 hours to respond with a price of 600,000vnd. Meantime I had the hotel at Sapa help book a car for 500,000vnd within 20mins of messaging. Whatsapp is a fantastic app for foriegners to communicate with the hotels, so I hope this is improved service to help their business grow. For hot water, make sure the switch near the bathroom is turned on. Other then that, it is a fantastic hotel.

The hotel located near the Chinese border along the river. There is less restaurant and facilities nearby. Comfortable sleep. Great for a one night stay before crossing to China.

I enjoyed this hotel, I wished the shower was more warm but it wasn’t cold. Reception was friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. I had a motorcycle rental and they had a covered garage so that was a bonus!

Excellent location, there are many snack bars, coffee shops and entertainment on the nearby street. The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, clean and hygienic. Chinese people need to take their documents (do not understand), check out and wait for the hotel staff to check the room before returning the documents.

The taxi fare from Lao Cai Port is about 40K dong (12 yuan). The room is quite large. If you live on the 6th to 8th floors, you can see part of the street view of Lao Cai, including: Ga Lao Cai (train station), but the train station is no longer there at all. It’s lively, a bit like market towns in third- and fourth-tier cities in China. The hotel is very clean, similar to domestic chain stores, and is a three-star hotel. However, they check in after 14:00. If you check in early, you need to pay an additional 340K dong (100 yuan Rmb), and the original room rate is about 230. The scenery outside the hotel is not bad. There is a bay window to sit by and have a cup of coffee. It is quite comfortable (send a picture). Xiao Du (Ms.) at the hotel front desk can speak Chinese and there is no problem with basic communication. The owner (lady) of the small coffee shop on the right side of the hotel's main entrance is very kind and speaks good Chinese.
