Outstanding
VVital-travelLovely place, far from hustle and bustle of the city. We had the room upstairs with private bathroom and basic kitchen (fridge, microwave, silverware, kettle). We enjoyed how everything is decorated creating a relaxing atmosphere - both inside and outside the building. It got everything you need.
One of the hosts met us in person and opened the gate for parking.
The breakfast is included.
The place is quite close to the downtown but is very quiet and comfortable.
We stayed here before hitting the trails in the national parks .
Definite recommendation!

SSissy QThis hotel felt very clean and safe. We had a great stay with zero issues. The staff was very friendly, the free breakfast was above average and the bidet in the bathroom was an unexpected delight! I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserOld chain hotels are very standardized. So there is nothing bad, and nothing good. But when traveling in the United States, this hotel has a very good value for money, many people stay, free parking, and a good variety of breakfast. It is recommended to bring Chinese pickles such as mustard tuber, so that the breakfast will be very good.

CClarkAmberThis place was BEYOND amazing. I've stayed at about 10 different hotel/motels around bellingham and this was absolutely by far the best.
The guy who works at night went way above and beyond to help when my boyfriend dead bolted the door to our room and fell asleep. It was extremely refreshing to see someone be proactive in helping a situation that was totally not their fault.
The breakfast was next level. Like I wanted to stay an extra day just to eat breakfast again, so.many.choices.
They have a restaurant/ bar that must be good cause on Saturday there was a decent amount of people having a drink.
The studio room was HUGE. like double or more the size of a normal hotel room.
The only con was the bathrooms. The room had 1 for the toilet and a different room for the shower, that wouldn't be too bad but the doors are opaque sliding doors that don't shut fully, do not have a latch and do not lock. I had to tie something between the shower rail and the door handle so my daughter wouldn't open it.
But everything else made this hotel an easy book for next time we need a room.
10/10 will book again.

CClarkAmberThis was a very nice hotel in a great area. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.
Great breakfast with eggs and sausage and potatoes and biscuits and gravy and all sorts or food.
Also 24 hour access to juice and coffee and tea.
They even have a little store at the front with some food and frozen meals and whatnot.
The pool was obviously not used very often or something. It just looked a bit forgotten but we still enjoyed it so 5 stars all around

The coffee at the mini bar☕️ is rich and mellow, and the fireplace in the lobby is blazing. Sitting on the sofa in the lobby and enjoying the snow scenery outside, it is warm and beautiful!
The surrounding snow scenery of Whatcom Fall park is so beautiful!

GGuest UserThe only concern I had was the amount of open fire cooking and propane tanks on the outside edge of parking lot, the Hispanic clientele was enormous and cooking for their family’s on the premises. There was even on the spot under the trees, were giving haircuts. Of which I would think was a huge liability. The last picture is them getting money for there work out of the back of a pickup truck.

GGuest UserThis hotel was my go-to before heading to Seattle, and it was better than I expected. The breakfast was much more substantial than what's usually offered at two-star hotels, so even my elementary school-aged children enjoyed it. If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel, I highly recommend this hotel.
