My room provided me with quiet and solitude that actually refreshed me between functions and services. The design and decor of my room and the entire hotel was top notch, and the front desk experience was excellent. Both front desk clerks I encountered expressed very kind words upon learning of my circumstance. Thank you.

I was disappointed to find out after booking and checking in that there was no swimming pool when it said there was. It's been under maintenance for over a year. Then there was a problem with the TV in the room. It didn't work and the front desk said they would fix the issue but it took till the next day to get a new one. Very disappointed
