Hotels with Parking in Washoe County

Excellent location. Spacious 2 bedroom unit with kitchen. Decor a little tired. Very friendly front desk staff. Unfortunately, the beach shuttle they suggested never came and we were told we needed a punch card to access the beach (which we were not given). Also, they recommended the Heavenly Valley gondola ride but it only runs weekends after Labor Day (we had asked about it on a weekday). In other similar hotel or timeshare type accommodations we have stayed in, guests are usually provided with a list of local activities, restaurants, etc. We found everything out on our own but it would have been nice to have had this information. Again, the front desk staff were all great!

The hotel was good and decent for the stay we had, the room wasn’t the best, and the view was definitely not worth the price since we had air conditioner unit views and white globe with no lights to it too (yawn 🥱 a missed opportunity). If you’re into ********, or not so much, this is an okay place to stay. We aren’t gamblers but we still managed to find some fun. The cool thing about the hotel is that there are three ******* connected to each other with Silverland being in the middle. We spent more time at Circus Circus playing the games there and earning tickets to win simple prizes. There is much for entertainment there in the forms of ********, night clubs, and kid games. Food around is pretty reasonable where you don’t have to leave the complex, which is great! However more than two days here might be a bit too much and possibly boring after that if you’re not a gambler. Luckily we were only passing through and less than a 40 hour stay here for us was perfectly fine!

The hotel room is large and the sanitary conditions are very good. The parking lot is enough to stop at will. Breakfast is a typical British American breakfast and you can eat. The front desk service was very good. I didn't pay attention to pulling the credit card in the suitcase on the first day of check-in. I didn't let the card be swiped. I let the check-in first. Overall hotel is good!

This was my second time staying at this hotel! I love it so much and highly recommend it! Unfortunately we didn’t realize that this hotel accepted animals and my 16month old is highly allergic to pet dander . We did talk to someone about this being accommodated in the future. Also I wish there was better food options that weren’t frozen and possibly more accommodating/accessible for allergies . My daughter has a wheat allergy, soy, dairy, egg, to name a few and we practically had to bring our own food for her

Because I was going to Lake Tahoe the next day, I wanted to live on the edge of Lake Tahoe, but I didn't want to have a very expensive room on weekends. I came from the direction of Larson Volcano and simply chose the hotel in Reno, so that the next day from the east to the most beautiful sand harbor Lake Tahoe, you can still park early, and the same is true. Breakfast is extremely simple, equal to no. The room is clean and has kitchenware, which can be purchased and processed in the supermarket.

Room was nice but really small for $227.00 for one night. Upon arriving and getting a first floor room found that the outside window to the parking lot was open and could have easily allowed someone to come in. Maintenance fixed it but it was a little disconcerting. Everything else was fine and the morning buffet was very good. There was an additional charge on my credit card for $22.00 that wasn't explained and that was irritating. I would stay there again however as the inconveniences mentioned weren't disqualifying. Customer service at the counter and from housekeeping were very good.

We came up for Hot August Nights, because they do have a dedicated parking area for show participants. We do appreciate that! In the parking garage, there were several spots of urine that were there for the duration of our four days. Maybe the pressure wash that once in a while? Wait for rain? At check-in, the front desk lady seemed to hate her life or job or being friendly in general. Her responses were short and rude. The room had a nice view of the pool area and it was a pretty view at night. But, to see the view you have to wrestle with two sets of curtains which was tough. I had to stand in the chair and grab the curtains from the top to move them. The beds were comfortable, so that's a plus. The bathroom was outdated, the shower head hits you in the chest, but would be perfect height for a 4'8” child. The shower curtain rod was coming off the wall on one side, I did let the front desk guy know at checkout. Restaurants were great, lots of choices between the three ”resorts” in the Row. There was a small in room fridge to put our leftovers in, and drinks. Their is a Keurig coffee pot, if you want cream in your coffee you'll want to call and ask for more! Overall, this was an ok stay for what we needed. But, for a grand for 3 nights I think we will be staying somewhere else next year, where we know everything has been upgraded.

Overall it was a nice stay. Just need to keep the linens smooth and the shower tub free from stain (red).

The third-floor room was spacious and well-appointed (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) on our first night, but the same style first-floor room on our second visit was meant for handicapped persons and did not include the same appointments. Both rooms were quiet. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were from powder.

The hotel is affordable, and although the facilities are old, it is clean and sanitary, with Dove in the bathroom, and it is next to ******. There happened to be a classic car tour that night, which was a feast for the eyes.
