"We had the worst experience with this hotel. Upon check in we were told we only had 1 room booked not 2. I showed them my confirmation email that showed 2 rooms and they didn't care they just wanted to argue about it. We got locked out of our room twice because the keys did not work. The first time it cost us our dinner plans because it took over 45 minutes to resolve and the second time was late at night when we returned we could not get back in the room. Each time we had to explain the booking to them because they did not update it in there system. Rooms were ok. Shower had good pressure but the drain backed up easily. We stayed for 2 nights but never got our rooms made up? There were $service charges tacked on to our bill when we checked out. We only ate at the hotel once for breakfast and it was not good at all. Bacon, hashbrowns and sausage were undercooked. We will not be staying here again."
