Customer service was excellent Charlotte who does the breakfast was awesome everything was wonderful. Will be returning in 9 weeks.

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and they actually left the food out until the time they said breakfast ended rather than packing it up 10 minutes early. The breakfast staff was even kind enough to ask us if we wanted anything else before they started putting the food away. The complimentary day passes to the Massillon Rec Center were great, also. It was a very short drive or walk away, and the aquatic center, gym, and exercise room there were a nice amenity.
