Hotels with Parking in Seminole County

Facilities: all very new, very good Hygienic: very clean and tidy, there are waiters to help clean every day Environment: very quiet, parking is also very convenient Service: Breakfast is great, a different experience every day

As a member, there are two bottles of water at the time of check-in. After staying for a few days, I don’t give it anymore. I ask the front desk to take it, saying it is a rule. The hotel is in a good environment, not far from the small train to the winter park.

We stayed here in the past and it wasn't as nice as we remembered it inside the rooms. Maybe it's just regular wear and tear but it wasn't awful just could of been better. They have to take care of the pool better it was filled with dead bugs my kids kept telling me about it and I had to skim it. I presume that's why no one was down at their pool deck much. No umbrella for shade at the tables they used to have them before. The room we stayed had a broken outlet cover and a spotty TV reception likely due to how they placed their dinnette chairs by the coax and outlets. Minor cosmetic issues but just not up to par for over 110 a night in my opinion. It was average.

Solid hotel with nice staff and 24/7 gym. Unfortunately the cleaning staff are VERY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE. The cleaning woman took 4+ hours to clean the room right next to mine every day I stayed there, and continuously slammed the door over and over right in my face. They are 100% doing this on purpose. I don't know why cleaning staff act like this. It's very common especially in chain hotels like Hilton. Please train your cleaning staff what hospitality means. For some reason they think they are in a war against the guests.

The hotel was neat and clean. The facilities were generally good, and the breakfast was above average. I would visit again next time I visit the area.

Beautiful hotel, clean, well maintained. Rooms are very spacious. Water pressure in the bathroom wasn't the greatest, but the water was good and hot. Breakfast was good, and it was nice to not have to go out to eat early in the morning. Their coffee was really good. I have a daughter who lives in Sanford and this hotel is the perfect location for me to stay and not be too far from her when I visit. I will definitely choose this hotel again. Check-in and checkout was a breeze.

Young Gentleman that checked us in was very kind and respectful and got us in our room in less than 5 minutes. Room was very spacious and balcony was a plus. We enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was not heated is my only complaint. Other wise 5 stars.

This location was nice however the rooms were small and needed some repair. Maid service left more to be desired. There was a nightclub at the location which was annoying but there was a nice pool.
