Hotels with Parking in Sandston

I had a very good experience at this hotel. Close to the airport, customer service was excellent. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast with delicious, enjoyed my stay. Will stay here again on my next trip to Richmond.

The room type we booked is OK. But when we checked in (Christmas 2023), some rooms were under renovation and the aisle on the first floor had a taste of decoration. There is a Mexican restaurant opposite the hotel that is very good. The hotel breakfast time is too early than other hotels, and we have no breakfast when we are used to it. I hope that guests who go to this hotel in the future must ask about the breakfast time.

The hotel was conveniently located about 10 mins from the airport and close to food and shops perfect for a short visit. For the price and the room I think you get a great deal especially in the surrounding area, stayed in the one bedroom king suite which is setup like a cozy one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, dining bar, living room area, bathroom outside of the bedroom and the bedroom with king bed. Room was clean and setup was as pictured only complaints are the elevators are broken so we had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs and the phones in room don’t work, and there is no service attendant to bring you extra towels or linen you have to go to the front desk to get it yourself. Staff was pleasant, check in was seamless and so is check out would stay again
