Room was updated and clean with brand new bed linens and towels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value.

Allowed to reserve and pay for a unit that wasn’t available also stayed three days without being offered clean linen or housekeeping service. I wanted to extend my stay attendant was uncooperative and outright rude causing me to look for a room elsewhere.

Noisey and cigarettes smell all thru the a halls and elevater.They were clean rooms. The breakfast was a joke and dirty. No one refill items or wipe tables or counter or floor. They have pet fees I didn't know about. I personally won't go back

Check out tume is 11am. Room cleaners knocked at 8,9:15,10am. So i was not able to get sleep during those hours...this is not the first time they have done this. Ive stayed there multiple times.

Free breakfast? No bread for toast, no fruits. The only good thing is the bed: very comfortable.

They never have clean towels so don’t ask if you get a non smoking room the towels will still be dirty and stained and yes they do have BED BUGS.just don’t stay here not worth it

Hotel had 2 Security Guards right at the entrance. Which was needed because weird people kept wandering in & out of the lobby.
The room was grubby, the bathroom floor was sticky, & the shower curtain was moldy. We had to go by cleaning supplies just to feel comfortable sleeping there.

This is a case of "you get what you pay for".
The staff was never at the front desk so I'd have to look around for them to check in and out. Once I found them, they were friendly enough. Every white towel in my room was covered in stains, they smelled clean but they have definitely been around the block. The shower curtain was covered in mildew stains. All night there was loud music in the hallways, people yelling and cars idling. It's an airport hotel so not surprising that there is nothing to do near by. Overall I was not surprised by the shabbyness of this place...it was the cheapest hotel I found in Richmond.
