Guest UserThe hotel service is very good, the equipment is very new, and it feels safer than the other hotels in this time. The room is large, comfortable, and the location is good. It's not too far away if you drive.

Very comfortable and very clean, this hotel was newly renovated in 2021
The facilities are complete, the sanitation is very clean, and the environment is very convenient in the city center. The only thing is that the breakfast is not self-service, you need to order it yourself downstairs

I like the lobby close to Eastman School of music  pretty good location  and has hot water very luxurious and yummy Japanese restaurant nearby and some light snacks for free come get your money worth but no breakfast sadly

FENGMarriott's hotels will not have any problems, clean and comfortable, the environment depends on personal needs and preferences, I personally think it is good, convenient transportation, free parking is good, as for extra beds, hotels generally indicate whether Yes, you can understand it carefully.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was great, but the shower could be better designed. It is almost impossible to turn on without getting wet with cold water.

The facilities are complete, the hotel environment is good, the restaurant environment is elegant, the parking lot is large, and parking and travel are very convenient. It's not far from the University of Rochester, less than 10 minutes by car.
