Hotels with Parking in Richland County

The staff welcoming us at check in were very nice, well spoken, and knowledgeable. The cookies at check in were a nice touch. The room was spacious and the check-out time was generous, noon. Only a few problems: the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty, but I only discovered in the morning while I was taking a shower, there were a few stray hairs still on the bathroom floor around the shower, the hot water carafe in the lobby was not kept hot so I had to warm up hot chocolate in my room microwave, and the cable TV didn't work in the morning, so we had no reason to stay for the late check out. We appreciated the hot breakfast in the morning and it was a good start to our day. I'd be willing to use Hampton Inns again.

My only knock is the water pressure in the shower is lacking. I initially didn't think I would be able to take a shower as the water fell so close to the wall. After turning the hot water up higher than I normally would, the pressure increased enough to make it possible. Aside from that everything was great and the people were all nice that I interacted with. Will book here again when I travel to Columbia again.

I must say my children an I we have been throughout our share of hotels from marriotts to hiltons to just ur regular quality and I have to say by far my kids and I have been so welcomed and just felt like we are apart of a big family ... I have to give all props to me frank at the front desk ... From my reservation overnthebphone to in person ... He is quite an amazing person and has truly made our stay wonderful thank u mr frank .. I hope to come across more employees like him.in future ...

Here it felt like Christmas morning every day complete with a hearty breakfast every morning! And the hospitality was truly top-notch. Too cold to swim, but I did get my workout on. Overall, it was a great experience.

Overall clean, comfortable and well located hotel. Most of the staff was nice and helpful. Free coffee and tea in the morning. A bunch of people didn’t try to actually help when I asked questions about the city like how to take the bus. Clean but small gym. Overall would go back!

Room picture on website didn't exactly match the room i got. The tv thought it was December 28, 2004 which meant the channel guide was useless (front desk said technician was coming next day).  Our toilet was on and off running most of the night. The TV was off to the right side of the bed as opposed to right in front of it like most hotel rooms.  Buffet breakfast had some odd hot alternatives versus the usual scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage  potatoes.  Overall, just a 3 out of 5.

I will start with the good. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfy. Room 128 had no kleenex, clock, hangers or hairdryer. If MainStay is supposed to be like home, this place wasn't! Apparently they are trying to save the earth because the lighting is so dim you will not be reading in the room or applying makeup. Bathroom has a vessel sink which is a pain. There was a bar of soap and nowhere to put it. No plastic cups for brushing your teeth, but instead they have glass tumblers. Dangerous if one of those hits the tile bathroom floor! The web-site advertises free breakfast but there is no such thing. Then take it off of your web-site!

I loved my stay here everything was good I loved the amenities that they had, even though I didn’t get into the pool I loved that they had one. And I didn’t have any soap in my bathroom.

I never even got the chance to stay at the hotel due to them having a double column list of bank/cc they don't accept. I attempted to cancel my stay and they weren't trying to assist with that. All I was told was to contact the booking company and they would refund my payment. Well nine of this has happened and I tried 3 times to get my money back and they gave me the run around about timing as if I hadn't tried multiple times to cancel

We went out for breakfast about 8:15 no plates, no orange juice, no milk, no toast a couple of muffins and only enough batter for one waffle very disappointing. I had an appointment at the VA later and was expecting breakfast before I went
