The hotel meets expectations, housekeeping is the what makes the hotel. They without fail always are polite, helpful, & don’t have preferences to who they cater to. They seem to all be on the same page as in what needs to be done. The front desk is very helpful, courteous, & friendly. The only bad part is the hotel is pet-friendly for the entire hotel. I would have been impressed or please if there was at least one floor for people that like me are not pet-friendly.

The service was excellent and the room was nice but cramped at the same time. I did love the walk in shower in the bathroom--that was really great. The side of the building we were on lacked scenery. Their some sort of construction going on a lot on the side of the building we were on. It is not the hotel's fault but it was an eyesore to see.

I had an unplanned stay here. The representative that completed my check in was very nice and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. I would not mind staying here again. There is a bit of construction going on near the hotel, which was only obvious by the fencing and construction crew trucks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The front desk was extremely professional and welcoming. This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in in the city of Columbia. It is now my hotel of choice. Last, the parking lot is well lit and is safe.
