Hotels with Parking in Monroe County

Service at the front desk was efficient. We are elderly and a young man who worked at hotel assisted us with our luggage upon arrival and refused a tip. What a shock.🫢 Both my husband I tried to give it to him. So great beginning! Give him a raise! The cleaning staff on the 4th floor was very helpful and courteous. The best part is the location. Everything you need is within a few miles if not across the street. This will be our return choice to stay. I’m only sorry there were no warm cookies. They definitely should be given out on the weekend.

This hotel is in an excellent location right next to the Rochester International Airport. It is easy to get to and from the airport in a matter of seconds. The front desk staff was very polite and accommodating. My flight left before breakfast was served so I cannot comment on that. The room was spacious and had all I needed.

The hotel rooms are clean and new. There are two electric charging posts here, which is not indicated anywhere when I booked. Having the ability to charge my car to full while staying in Rochester for the Strong Museum of Play makes this a great experience.

Bad experience with this hotel. Booked a room for my son as he was travelling there. Returning from dinner after 7pm, he could not get back into his room as his card key does not work. The front desk looked at it and said there was a problem with the lock that only the maintenance personnel can fix. Problem is they do not have any maintenance people there and asked that he wait till next day! Imagine all his belongings locked in the room and he had to stay in another room for the night. To make things worse, the maintenance personnel came in next day only after 11am. This is in spite of us calling several times, escalating to the General Manager to chase up and demanding priority attention! It was very upsetting as my son’s phone battery was drained and could not get to his things that he needed to work in the morning. Fortunately, his flight out was the next day, else it would have been a costly incident. Overall, a very stressful experience.

Accommodations were adequate, however we entered with a PIF account and $561.00 was held against my account. I had to have 2 discussions with front desk. I’ve yet to see it resolved

Staff was gracious and friendly, bar was awesome and entertainment was great. Morning cafe options were good and appreciate the free coffee! Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and love the king size bed! Bathroom had some stains on wall that could have been cleaned easily so that was a little gross. Shower was not super warm but was ok. Was with a (well behaved) hockey group and I know staff was struggling with another team who was not cooperating with expectations and I felt bad for them, lots of credit to them for their patience. Overall would 100% stay here again.

Unexpectedly staying at this hotel is not the same as Hilton in China. But still very good, the key location is very convenient, not far from the highway, access is very convenient

American breakfast, eggs, milk, coffee, oatmeal, bread, pastries, sausage, waffles (buffet), yogurt, fruit juice, fruit and more. There is no salad dish. The rooms are very nice, large and bright. Sound insulation is better than some Samsung and four-star hotels. At least its floor is not the kind of light body structure, one person lame all the floor trembles, that kind is not good. This comfortable suite hotel really lives up to its name!

Not great, not horrible. There seem to be a a lot of “regulars” who hang out and enjoy each other’s company, which seemed okay. Everyone was friendly. The furnishings were adequate but obviously not brand new.

The Service Was Excellent At The Brockport Econolodge! Anytime I Needed Anything Like Clean Towels Or Had To Request For Something Special The Lady At The Service Desk Who Was Also A Housemaid Was Right On Her Game And Had The Supplies Back To Me Within Minutes! She Was Friendly And So Accommodating And Made You Feel Right At Home! The Food Is Very Good And A Good Selection For A Continental Breakfast! And The Coffee Is Always Ready And Steaming Hot! The Desk Help Is Always Pleasant And Very Efficient! I Would Stay again At The Econolodge And I Have Many Times! The Area Around The Hotel Is So Conveinient For Shopping And Eating Out! So Many Choices! And Having Wegmans Right Across The Road You Can't Ask For Anything Better! I Give Econolodge 5/5 Stars!!
