GGuest UserLocation is really solid, with some decent dining across the street. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional, but I got a weird vibe from them. Not sure what that was about. Thiis hotel chain definitely cuts costs when it comes to things like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other room amenities. That all felt super cheap. Breakfast was acceptable. Not a lot of options. Waffles were good, eggs were passable, sausage was standard. I'd not want to eat it for more than two days in a row, but it hit the spot for what it was. Wouldn't avoid in the future, but certainly not memorable.

宥宥儒The hotel’s western restaurant tastes so delicious; the lobby is magnificent and luxurious, but the rooms are a little bit unsatisfactory. It would be perfect if the bed sheets and quilts in the room could keep up with the high standards.

JJohn ReubenThe room was spacious but the aircon was leaking onto the carpet. The lighting was adequate and the beds were comfortable. Having breakfast included was definitely convenient because I had an early walk to the convention center. Daily cleaning was also a plus for this property.

RrhemagrlThe service was great! It was an elegant setting, clean and our stay was noise free. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious! Our only concern was it was advertised as free breakffast included and it was not included. This was an added expense and inconvenience to go somewhere else that has comparable food for less.

JJessica Reese McIntyreStaff are friendly. No cleanliness issues. Smells clean, but not offensively so. Fitness room was standard but nice and clean. Breakfast was fine as well. Had hot food and not just cereal and toast. Shower had good water pressure. Indoor pool looked nice, but never visited it.
It is an older building but maintained from what I could tell. The tile in the bathroom was cold but clean. My only complaint is that adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to make a difference as the room was very cold. I just shut it off so it wouldn't blow cold air into the room as I was barely in the room except sleeping and getting ready for a workshop.
I plan to stay here in the future if I'm ever in the area.

MMyty LouWe love Embassy Suites by Hilton! Number 1 reason for its safety and cleanliness! We stayed there for 6 nights, and it felt like home. They have a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, TVs in the bedroom and living room, and the crib we requested for the baby! Plus points for the laundry on the second floor! Their breakfast is great, but, you know, six days with the same breakfast? I'd rather sleep. LOL! Seriously, we love how cozy our room is!

TTing Yu Chang:)I am staying in room 134. The receptionist in the morning was very kind, and the cleaning staff were very diligent. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely come again next time. Excellent!

GGuest UserMotel lobby and breakfast area both closed in February 2023 door signed “closed due to Covid”. Appears real reason is just to save upkeep cost. Cold breakfast consists of 2 bars a package of low cost muffins and a tangerine. Room had missing facial tissues, missing wash cloth, stained carpet, damaged window covering. Dogs allowed and I got to listen to a barking dog all evening. Needless to say I’m going to choose other lodging in this area in the future.
