Very good, the room is large, suitable for our family of five, the swimming pool is very comfortable, the breakfast is very rich! Good environment, Facilities: Yes! Hygiene: Yes! Service: very good! Have the opportunity to stay next time!

Bed sheets had bad stains. Asked front desk to change them. Took a long time due to staffing shortages. Breakfast was average. Tiny hot tub. Kids overran the pool for hours. Doubtful we would stay here again.

Both of us loved this hotel the rooms are really nice they have a microwave and fridge and coffee machine the beds are huge they put little gifts for you like cotton buds and make up removers shampoo conditioner etc. There's a jacuzzi but we didn't go in, the pool was shut but that's okay, if there was an issue staff sorted it right away it was simple but sweet. We aren't a big fan of Ashland so we couldn't come back but if it was somewhere else it would be my go to hotel very nice value

Beds were comfortable and clean. We had the French toast, hotcoco and coffee with international delight creamer. The pool was really steamy and the towels had condensation dripping from the hot tub area. There was only one usb port on an alarm clock. An open window or some fresh air circulation would be good. We very much enjoyed the friendly staff and the experience. Thank you

Checkin was nice and easy. Price was good. Room was ok. It’s near the main drag but traffic noise was not bad. Room had a lot of storage available, which we didn’t need or use. There were no clothes hangers. Also no Kleenex. Shower was pleasant but cold/hot are reversed. Location is near SOU. All in all, the low price outweighed the hanger & Kleenex lack. I’d book it again but bring my own of the 2 items.

The hotel is set up very open and not all cramped together it actually spans across 4 buildings in one area of town. The front desk guy was very helpful and got me checked in to my room way early at about 9am and the room was phenomenal!! Definitely worth it to get the suite with the jacuzzi and balcony. Probably the nicest executive suite I have stayed in and I will be extending my stay and returning another time too. On my top 10 list of best hotels and service

The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is quite satisfactory and the traffic is very convenient. Xiaoyan is very suitable when rushing in the middle. The price is also moderate, cheaper than many homestays. Will stay next time

I have booked many places and I did not like it here and will never come back. If you stay here, never give your credit card information to this business unless you want to lose 10-20%($5,75) of your tip without asking. No one serves you but they still automatically charge your credit card even if you have paid in full for your stay. You will not have this problem in other places.

Overall my stay was great. Using the trip app worked well with the Motel 6 front desk. It was the quickest I ever checked in to a motel. The staff was nice and professional. The environment was clean and quiet . I was able to accomplish my mission That was to simply get some rest. Thanks stafff for making that possible
