GGuest UserThis hotel is too old, and the pipes and shower are not working properly. Even though we left a generous tip in the end, we were still charged a $5 service fee. Isn't the service fee supposed to be included in the room rate?

GGuest UserI guess for the price I shouldn't expect perfection, however it was far from that. AC unit wouldn't stay on, and you couldn't turn it lower than 68. There was no coffee maker, the main door was lopsided and someone smokes down the hall so I had to smell that every time I went to and from my room. Just a little attention to detail would have made it more enjoyable.
