I enjoyed the room It was comfortable and had a nice big tub and a big separate shower, that surprised us it was really nice. The restaurant downstairs had excellent food totally worth it!! I had the chicken parm it was absolutely delicious my husband had steak it was perfect! I would definitely recommend this hotel so much to do in walking distance also.

The free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

The lobby is grand and elegant, the rooms are spacious and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom design is outstanding – everything is exceptionally well-maintained. The executive lounge is another major highlight, offering high-standard dining options for both breakfast and evening meals.

The location is good, suitable for business travelers. Many people leave early and come back late, but when I got to my room at night, there wasn't even a complimentary bottle of mineral water.

Plus, there's a large shopping mall and plenty of restaurants just across the street. Cleanliness: The hotel maintains good hygiene standards. Facilities: Unlike hotels in China, you'll need to provide your own slippers, toiletries, and drinking water in the room.

I really loved the room, it had a great American vibe. The location is in the city center, very convenient with subway and bus stations nearby, plus plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were very polite and proactively helpful. The only downside was the terrible Wi-Fi; it kept disconnecting, so I ended up using my own mobile data the whole time.

The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming. The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise.
