GGuest UserThe hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. The pool was a great way to keep the children entertained, and they even had some pool toys available over the weekend. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection—I’m sure there’s a fantastic cook on staff. Coffee and tea are complimentary in reception and always in a clean area.
The one-bedroom king suite had a lovely kitchenette, which was perfect for cooking up a storm. The location was great, just a short walk to a shopping centre, Target, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chipotle and a few other shops. It’s also a short drive to town, and there’s plenty of parking available.
The room is usually cleaned upon request, but once you ask, it’s done.
One thing that could have been improved was the sofa bed. It was quite uncomfortable, and since we booked the room for a family of four, it would have been lovely if the bed had been made for us on the first night. Unfortunately, we noticed some reddish-brown stains on the mattress, which were quite unsightly and could have been blood or some kind of spillage.

李李The breakfast was very good. Our room type cannot accommodate an extra bed, but there is a sofa bed that can be opened. Many families are taking children. There are two parking lots, close to the two doors, very large, and finally there are vacancies. The staff is very warm and courteous.

GGuest UserWe paid almost $500 per night & realized shortly there after this place typically goes for around $150. Not sure why the major price gouge. It's definitely more of a $150.00 price point. Spa was packed with kids not even staying at the hotel. Bubbles didn't work in the spa. Bathroom floor had hair on it upon check as well as what looked like pillow stuffing on the carpet. The restaurant menu looked amazing, but we tried it first day of the menu change which didn't go so well. They must have been overwhelmed, which left us underwhelmed. We paid for the lake view upgrade, but our room was right in front of trees, so we could hardly see the lake at all. (something they should tell you when you pay the upgrade). I will say the location was great & the front desk staff was super friendly. But I would not pay almost $2000 for a three night stay here again. We've paid less for 5 star hotels.

GGuest UserWe went to visit our granddaughter who is a freshman at UVM this year. Hotel was not too far from her. Only two exits on the highway. Very clean and welcoming staff everywhere. From the front desk receptionist to the housecleaning to the employee who saw us with luggage wheelie who offered to return it for us. Quiet hallways and very comfortable room with a fridge. We would definitely stay here again!

PPhuong1039The front desk person Maria was so nice and so was security/ shuttle driver Scott (?). Such friendly staff eas appreciated after a long trip and late check in. The room was very clean and you can tell that the property was well maintained.

AAnonymous UserThe overall feeling of the hotel is OK. The feeling on the first day was good. On the second day, they said they would help us clean the room, but they didn't do it. The garbage was not taken away, so the feeling was not good. Also, last night, the child accidentally touched the fire switch, and everyone ran downstairs from upstairs. The American fire uncle firefighters were very professional and arrived very quickly! Unforgettable experience

WWinnie^_^I made a reservation for a few friends. The hotel is close to the airport, facilities, services, breakfast, etc. are ok, the service is good, but it is just to enjoy the autumn season, the hotel's price/performance ratio is not high.

Not much food around the area though.
The hot tub wasn't working when we went, also the 'heated pool' was not heated at all.
Rooms are outdated but you can tell by the photos.
