Where do I start! We love this Inn! The place is in immaculate condition and very clean. The room is very comfortable and the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Spacious accommodations and bathroom. The breakfast both mornings are on par with some the best you will pay top dollar for. We stayed in Rm# 5 and even though you see the street it is very quiet. Both sitting rooms downstairs are so nice and plenty of books and games as well. The Inn owners and their little daughter are amazing and very friendly. We can not say enough about this place and already booked again for December 2024 and possibly will be back before then.

This location is in a beautiful area. Multiple places close by for the best part of Vermont Real Maple syrup!!!! The food was incredible and very accommodating to dietary needs. Kayle was very friendly and willing to help.

Great owners and just an awesome place. Kyle is so genuine and accommodating! The room was perfect for us, the back yard was beautiful with lots of flowers and plants. Very peaceful back there with places to sit. His recommendations were perfect and we would highly recommend this awesome B&B! Oh and the breakfast was absolutely amazing as well!

ask for back of inn very loud. If you have any issue with allergies to synthetic smells (perfume, strong laundry detergent etc.) this IS NOT the place for you. I asked owners if he could accommodate this issue, and if they were not able, I would look elsewhere. He said he could. When I arrived and the room smelled so bad, he made an excuse about laundry service. I ended up with a bad migraine, had to sleep on the couch of main living room I ended going home sick in the morning. Weekend was horrible. Owners NEVER apologized or even acknowledged the issue (even after seeing me on couch) AWEFUL EXPERIENCE

What a wonderful stay. We stayed 3 nights at Sinclair B&B last weekend and would come back in a heartbeat. We enjoyed every moment from the beautiful room to the warmest welcoming and hospitality from Kyle, the really comfortable/clean room and bedding, the incredible breakfasts and the best cookies ever (and we are usually not cookie lovers). The house is like a jewel and extremely well maintained. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you so much for everything.

WoW and again WoW…We are road tripping and we decided to stay a night in this beautiful house…I felt im at home…Super welcoming atmosphere with a great people inside. The breakfast was so delicious…The room was super clean. Everything was great…

We had a great stay! The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and practical. Common areas were also beautiful. Drinks, cookies and fruit were a nice touch. Breakfast was very good. Located between Stowe and Burlington which I liked. Good value.

Comfortable Inn. We stayed in Room three. Pretty room. Very comfortable bed. Fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. Buffet breakfast, but tasty. Within driving distance to Burlington and Stowe. Everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.
