Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It's about a ten-minute walk to Harvard Square. The only minor issue was that the smart air conditioning was a bit difficult to turn off, and it made me feel a bit dry overnight.

This was my first stay in Boston. Above all, the facilities were clean and spacious. Simple meals were available, and the breakfast was quite tasty! The proximity to MIT is a plus, but other than that, it feels a bit out of the way for outings. However, the surrounding area is clean, quiet, and safe, so I highly recommend it for a family trip :)

Guest UserI arrived at the hotel at 8am, and they kindly accommodated my early check-in. There was a drink bar next to the check-in counter, so I was able to relax and have a cup of coffee while I waited. I would definitely use this service again the next time I visit Harvard.

The room is really small, the air conditioning is not particularly powerful, see the introduction of the house in the hotel table in 1910, the facilities are indeed old. But the overall feeling is very warm, the front desk people are very nice, the fireplace on the first floor is super warm, coffee, tea, with a thermos cup can also pick up hot water hhhh, hot water party gospel.

XinrenstoneThe front desk staff saw how tired we were and allowed us to check in early, which was a lifesaver. They offer complimentary coffee in the mornings and flavored iced water in the afternoons. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around; you can easily walk to the subway and reach places like Cambridge, MIT, and Boston Common for the Freedom Trail. Plus, there's a fantastic place called Summer Shack just a 10-minute walk away where you can enjoy delicious and affordable Boston lobster. If you walk another 8 minutes, you'll find a large supermarket for all your shopping needs.

The room was very nice, the service was also very good, but there was no free parking, the parking lot cost $50 per night, which was quite speechless. But the breakfast was good, the free breakfast was very delicious, which was the only consolation.

The location of the hotel is average, the parking lot is relatively small, there is a McDonald's and a gas station around, there is a train track next to it, the noise is very loud, but the price is cheap.

The hotel is an ordinary Hilton hotel with some shopping districts around it, which is not bad. But the attitude of the counter staff is average. I forgot a pair of shoes in the hotel, and I called to ask for it at night, but I couldn't reply. If you find it, call me and let me know. If you can't find it, you won't be notified. It's been a day and I haven't received a notification. 🥲🥲🥲
