Reasonable price, a good alternative for someone who visits Washington DC ( cannot find such price in the city centre) Close to city centre, just take a Lyft for $6 to the Washington Monument New and clean Breakfast is ok, but dont expect too much Kitchen in the room with dishwasher 👍 Better if bed sheet for the sofa bed is provided

The toilets are relatively small and the hotel is very new. You must ask for water from the front desk and you need to take a taxi to the city center. But the price is right and close to the airport.

The room is large, with two Queen-size beds, and can accommodate 4 adults. But the heating has some problems. It will blow cold air at a certain temperature, and it doesn't work to turn it off. You can only keep turning up the temperature, but it's very dry. The breakfast is a buffet, 29 dollars per person, plus tax and tip, about 40. When booking on Ctrip, it says that the breakfast is 15 per person, but the hotel doesn't have this option. The location is right next to the airport, there is a free bus, and it takes only five minutes to get there, which is very convenient for catching a flight.

Our family traveled to Washington by car in February, and this hotel is highly recommended. Self-parking is 44 dollars per night, and guest parking is 49 dollars per night, which is a bit expensive. If you park by yourself in the underground parking lot, you need to spend time looking for a parking space. The hotel has its own shuttle bus to the subway station, which is quite convenient. You can reach tourist check-in points in the city within a few subway stops. Cleanliness and service are average at Renaissance.

It was good to enjoy good service at a good hotel.. The staff was friendly at the time of check-in and the condition of the room was excellent. The room was so good that I wanted to stay again and I would like to recommend it to other salma. All the facilities, including the amenities in the room, were perfect. It's a two-star hotel, but I don't know why it's two. I think it's okay to make it a little more generous and give it about four stars. It has the advantage of location. You should enjoy it, too.

It was amazing!!! Thank you. Breakfast was great. Room was great. Customer service was awesome. Will consider this location again. My only gripe is that the 50th MCM was this weekend. It’s unfortunate that breakfast times were not adjusted for runners. Even having quick little bags with bananas, granola bars, orange slices, water or OJ would be very considerate. One day I didn’t even use my breakfast voucher so I felt like I wasted my money. Some of my friends had that marathon breakfast bag and I would have loved it too for the marathon day and shakeout run at the National Mall. Just something to consider. Thank you!

Stayed at Holiday Inn National Airport / Crystal City during my Washington DC trip and had a genuinely great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Nothing overly fancy, but exactly what you want after a long day of sightseeing — a reliable, quiet place to rest. Housekeeping was consistent and everything felt well looked after. Service stood out the most. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, from check-in to daily interactions. Small touches like offering breakfast vouchers and being responsive made a difference. Breakfast itself was solid — good variety and a convenient way to start the day without needing to head out immediately. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money in the DC area. It’s not a luxury stay, but it delivers very well on comfort, convenience, and service. I’d definitely stay here again for a future visit.

The surrounding environment of the hotel feels safer and quiet, probably because it is next to the Pentagon, and people wearing military uniforms are seen from time to time. The safety and sanitation environment in Washington are much better than in New York. The traffic is not too convenient, there is no subway, and you have to take about 11 bus stops to the subway station. The front desk clerk and the overall hotel feel more Buddhist and friendly.
