It was the best night of our lives. The owners were incredibly warm, welcoming, loving, and simply adorable—they made our stay truly special. We spontaneously dropped by in the evening, called ahead, and within minutes the owners arrived, prepared our room, and even cooked for us since we couldn't find a restaurant. As if that weren't extraordinary enough, we released a lantern together as a surprise. We were also allowed to build our own bonfire, which made the evening perfect. We slept wonderfully; everything was very clean and cozy. The café is simply delicious, and being able to taste their homegrown fruit was a real treat. The two owners are an incredibly wonderful couple with so much heart. A place you'll never forget, and one we wholeheartedly recommend. 💛

The hotel is beautiful and not as remote as I imagined. I almost got lost arriving at night. There's no traditional lobby; the owner led us to our room and explained everything. I had sent an email notifying them of my late arrival, and they replied on Ctrip, but I didn't see it. The room felt damp, with a very strong jungle vibe, which was a unique experience. There was mosquito repellent in the room, but it wasn't very effective, so I recommend bringing your own. The floor was clean enough to walk on barefoot. Hot water came quickly at night. Personally, I felt the water quality was a bit cleaner than hotels in Nimman Road, but it's still advisable to bring a filtered shower head. After adding the owner on WeChat, they asked what time we wanted breakfast. The freshly baked bacon was delicious. There weren't many food options, but it was sufficient. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the restaurant, so definitely bring mosquito repellent. The staff were all very friendly. The nearest 7-Eleven is about a seven or eight-minute walk away. Lotus's supermarket is a bit closer, but you have to walk along the main road, which can be a bit dangerous if there's a lot of traffic, and there's a good amount of dust. Overall, it has its pros and cons.

The house is big and clean, and our water runs smoothly. We also got a 500 discount coupon to use at the nearby restaurant. If you rent a car and need space for your stay, this is a great place.

The most heavenly place, where I keep returning again and again. Perfect people, staff who are always ready to help and solve any problem. My favorite room with immaculate cleanliness. My beloved zoo, where I already have favorite animals, and which is kept very clean. Thank you to the zookeepers. The garden, which is becoming more and more beautiful and well-maintained. Very nice apartment style hotel, with microwave and refrigerator/freezer, TV, dining table, 2 chairs and balcony in the room. We have stayed here before and decided to return when we came back to Chiang Mai. In the first room that we were given, the AC wasn't working very well and the room stayed warm. The owner came by to take a look and moved us to another room which we appreciated. Very good value and has most of the amenities you need. The rooms are also very clean. It is located next to a mall and is about 20 mins drive from Chiang Mai old city. Service is also very good, the housekeeping staff is very fast, efficient and polite.

Very good and calm experience. Cheap costs of living but of indeed good quality, and there was always a working air conditioner in rooms. The food in the nearby cafe was always fresh, and I was even allowed to make my own food there. Many exotic plants and I loved living in the hotel very much. People are calm and mild and interesting in talking. I could walk to the nearby market several times easily, although it was initially seemed far (~7 km away). Calm rural area, many cows, bananas plants etc. Several times I heard music late and water was turned off one time, and mosquitoes problems. But these were not very annoying considering the overall good quality of my living experience there. I will probably return here in the future. Thank you.

Good choice for those who looking for house away from city business. House have all equipment to cook by yourself. Water not too hot. Rooster in the morning will let you know he is wake up. It's a village, so nothing surprised me by this way. About 30 minutes to Chiang Mai.
