LLisaM23We stayed here for less than 24hrs before flying out from Don Mueang airport. Check in was smooth and the desk is manned 24/7. The staff are friendly and kind. We had to give 400 baht cash when we arrived for the key and any damage - didn’t know about this prior but guess it’s pretty standard these days. It is returned upon check out.
The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stop over night stay. Shower was hot and complimentary water and coffee sachets were offered in the room.
The hotel has a golf cart type buggy that can take you out to the main road to the 7/11 and other nearby places but other than that the hotel is in the ******** (ages away) from shops & ammenities.
Overall, this hotel was good for our night stay but we wouldn’t book here for a long extended holiday or stay due to its location.

Your service was absolutely outstanding. No matter what I needed, you went above and beyond to help me find it or solve it. Whether it was recommending restaurants, suggesting attractions, assisting with ordering food, or even personally taking me to a pharmacy, you consistently looked out for us.
I truly don't know how I can ever thank you enough for everything you did. You are a truly wonderful person, so kind and thoughtful.
If you ever come to Thailand, please let me know. I would be honored to host you in a beautiful hotel, treat you to delicious meals, and personally guide you on a tour – all expenses on me.
Thank you so much for your attentive care during these four days. I will always cherish the warmth and kindness you showed us.

GGuest UserNo ironing facilities though got laundry. Wasn't too happy when the night shift staff played lip service to certain items but didn't deliver the next morning at 8am when his shift ended and disappeared. Not very happy with that.

We travel as a big family, but the staff can't find our name. The staff said that we didn't book with the hotel. In addition, the room reserved is not directly on the cover. When booking, book another type, when reaching the accommodation, we can get another accommodation. The way we went to rest, hoping to be comfortable to relax. But it turns out that I can endure in a small room. And uncomfortable because the room is not as booked In addition, the staff try to offer another room to replace the room that is not received. But the room provided to us is a clean room plus on the upper floor. If possible, in the part of the staff, I want to improve the update of the guest information better. Going to the hotel to go to rest, not looking for evidence in booking
