GGuest UserNo ironing facilities though got laundry. Wasn't too happy when the night shift staff played lip service to certain items but didn't deliver the next morning at 8am when his shift ended and disappeared. Not very happy with that.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk staff were lovely and polite, offering great service. There's parking available, and the rooms are clean and spacious. There's even a nice little area to relax, read a book, or sit by the window. They provide a hairdryer, which is a great touch! My only minor complaint is that people on the same floor sometimes close their doors quite loudly. Overall, it's a good place and I recommend it.

We travel as a big family, but the staff can't find our name. The staff said that we didn't book with the hotel. In addition, the room reserved is not directly on the cover. When booking, book another type, when reaching the accommodation, we can get another accommodation. The way we went to rest, hoping to be comfortable to relax. But it turns out that I can endure in a small room. And uncomfortable because the room is not as booked In addition, the staff try to offer another room to replace the room that is not received. But the room provided to us is a clean room plus on the upper floor. If possible, in the part of the staff, I want to improve the update of the guest information better. Going to the hotel to go to rest, not looking for evidence in booking
