This is a brand new hotel. It was an apartment style room including two bathrooms, a bedroom, and a spacious area which encompasses kitchen, dining and living room areas. Everything is in a meticulous state for now. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff, including receptionists, waiters, and chef, is friendly and knowledgeable. The outdoor pool, overlooking beach, is beautiful. I will stay again in this hotel again, should I happen to be this area.

The best location house in Thung Wua Laen Beach

Cleanliness was excellent — the house was spotless on arrival, which we really appreciated. Location is decent overall and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. That said, the facilities side was a mixed bag for us. We were assigned one of the houses far from the pool, which meant a long walk or a car ride to get there — so we didn't really get to use it. The house itself was very basic: no fan or aircon in the living room/kitchen area, and no breakfast included. For 4,000+ baht a night, that felt like a steep price for what you actually get. To be fair, we booked over a long weekend when options were limited, so the rate was probably inflated. Fine stay overall, but I'd think twice at this price point and would definitely ask about which house you're getting before booking.

Excellent value for money! The resort is peaceful and quiet. The atmosphere is private, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The resort is close to the beach, and there are several great seafood restaurants just a short drive away. It is also conveniently located near the airport. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
