AAlipallyLet’s start with the staff. Tik and all the team are so amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better service Sadly on arrival we were met by building works from the main decking area and a pool that just looked broken. Tiles missing and lacking water in areas. We were informed that due to this being the quiet month (pre school holidays ). That this was the only time to get it done !! We were given a free spa but again however nice the drilling noise and building work could be heard throughout. The management who were present did not seem to acknowledge that this was a problem for us. The view from the bungalow was amazing. However I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known that it sat on a beach that you couldn’t enter. An unswimmable area due to low tide and sea urchins. This was our luxury part to our holiday and sadly apart from the staff it was very disappointing. I would have been informed of the disruptive building work during my stay and the management failed to address this issue and the poor pool maintenance.

RRejane EsmanhotoThis place is wonderful, you immediately feel at home. Mango manages it with love and effort. Everything is new and clean, room is big, bed is comfortable and has everything you need (plug, lamp, shelf, curtain, even hanger), locker inside the room, good shower. There’s a common kitchen with water, coffee, tea and biscuits all the time, microwave, toaster and fridge. Upstairs there’s a big bar and sofa, a great place to hang out or even work. Yoga mats available too if you want. You can park bike for free. Close to everything you might need in Baan Tai. I’ve been in many hostels around Asia and this is one of the best cared for I've ever been. If you need anything, Mango is really open to help you and arrange whatever you need. Even before coming, I booked the wrong night and it was not possible to change on Trip, but I contacted them via email and they immediately fixed it for me. Booked for one night and ended up extending. I recommend with my eyes closed.

MMadameloolooThis resort is simply wonderful! It’s not too big so it feels cosy and comfortable. Every room faces the pool or beach. The beach, restaurant, pool, massage, everything is very close by. The only thing I would say that was not ideal is that the shower is only a rain shower, which is hard for little kids and babies. In the room they have thoughtful little details such as flip flops, beach bag you can use during your stay, also gave mosquito repellent. But the best part is the outstanding service, every staff was so friendly and accommodating and efficient. At night it’s relaxing and convenient to take a table right on the beach and often they have entertainment like fire show or saxophone. Very grateful for the 3 days we enjoyed here. Definitely recommend to visit.

SSvtloveartWe arrived with three friends and booked a deluxe room, but another person joined us mid-stay. Upon check-in, they asked for everyone's passports (and made copies), refused to upgrade our room, and also refused to allow all four of us to share the same room. But our friend was lucky; there was one standard room available, so we booked it. Excellent hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, with vouchers, and there are cakes and a variety of desserts. We really enjoyed it.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Summer luxury resort! This place is absolutely stunning from the rooms, to the pool, to the restaurant, it really is the full package for such a good price! Our room was HUGE and the bathroom was so spacious and modern! The room even had a sofa and a dressing station with a light up mirror and chair! We spent a lot of our time round the pool which had many seating areas and beds! You can also get drinks served straight to you from the bar! The restaurant had a delicious menu it was so hard to choose what to eat everyday, everything was so fresh! The hotel even helped organise a surprise sunset dinner on the beach for my partners birthday, even bringing out a cake to sing happy birthday, and they decorated the room too! We even got a transfer drop off and pick up from the hotel to the famous full moon party on the island! Not to mention the resort is also on the beach so you can even explore the sea if you wanted! I couldn’t recommend the Summer luxury resort enough, it really was the ultimate luxury stay!!

Il Venus Hotel è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa: accogliente, pulito e con un’atmosfera davvero rilassante. Le camere sono spaziose, ben arredate e sempre ordinate, con tutti i comfort necessari. Il personale è gentile, sorridente e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, si percepisce che ci tengono davvero agli ospiti.

GGuest UserI stayed during some pretty hot days, and the lack of air conditioning wasn't an issue. The fan did a good job of keeping the room cool. The location is superb; it's within walking distance of the ferry, and consequently, there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The beach was a bit dirty, but fine for just enjoying the view of the sea. Each bungalow has a hammock. There was no refrigerator. The instant water heater in the shower was there, but for some reason, it wasn't working. Overall, it's a quiet and cozy place.

The hotel is not old, but I felt in the room that it’s quite old, the atmosphere) The linen had spots. The bed is big and very comfortable. Great incredible view! You can just be stuck near the window. Really spacious room. Very high, so to bring there suitcases I wouldn’t recommend, you would just suffer. There is Apichada view point, one of the best places in Phangan.

PPhil HamillThe place has great views with great service & very clean. The problem is its positioning & lack of trees. On the side of a hill it faces the hot sun all day & with no tree protection is melting every afternoon. The pool was green & murky when I stayed.
