Отель нам очень понравился, очень тихо, завтрак принесли в номер, что нам очень удивило, в комнате есть все что нужно, и даже столик с диваном и креслами, от центра 7 минут, практически по прямой, без пробок👍 есть где припарковать машину, что очень удобно. Попросила утюг, принесли в течение 3 минут, спасибо большое персоналу за работу. Будем в Улан-Удэ еще раз, обязательно остановимся именно в этом отеле 👍 спасибо за уют.

All fresh and delicious. A great start of the day. Summary: Greenwich is a beautiful hotel with an impeccable price and quality ratio. I definitely advise it to all travelers and plan to stay here again on the next visit to Ulan-Ude.

The hotel is built on the first floor of the apartment building and the basement is small but very clean. Our room is on the first floor. There are no screens. After the windows are opened, there will be a lot of bugs coming in. The front desk service is also very good. 24 hours. We brought food from the restaurant to find them to refrigerate and reheat the service. It was very hot. В целом чистый и уютный отель! Приветливый персонал. Находится практически через улицу от железнодорожного вокзала. Очень не хватает чайника в номере и посуды минимальной. Чтобы попить чай - надо бегать на кухню постоянно. Это неудобно. И нет питьевой воды в бутылках.

The room has a bad smell of sweat, because of this I wanted to leave the room sooner. Also the administrator did not warn when settling that breakfast is needed the day before. Bad noise isolation, we hear a cheek from other floors, steps behind the door of the room

Останавливались на одну ночь в трёхместном люксе. По наполнение номера все отлично! Кондиционер, холодильник, микроволновка, чайник , 2 телевизора, сейф, стол , стулья, зеркало в полный рост. Ремонт и сантехника уставшие, но все чисто. Матрасы удобные, постельное белье и полотенца чистые. Есть халаты, зубные щётки, гель для душа/шампунь. Единственным неудобством для нас было отсутствие крючков для одежды в ванной комнате. Точнее они есть, но все расположены непосредственно над ванной. Примешь душ и одежда номокнет. Рядом с гостиницей расположен ресторан Грильяж, музыка там долбит до 2 ночи, к сожалению слышно. В самом отеле ночью было тихо. На этаже есть кулер с питьевой водой. Отель рекомендую, соотношение цена-качество соответствует вполне.

很乾凈，這點很出乎我意料，比國內同等的酒店乾淨多了。酒店離火車站很近，步行可達。離公交車站也不遠，去列寧廣場的公交有很多趟。另外前台可以幫忙叫出租車，價格合理。早餐有好幾種，可以為客人量身定做，衹不過都是俄文，看不懂也翻譯不出來。如果酒店可以用圖片展示，讓客人一目瞭然選擇該多好。讀圖時代，酒店應該有這樣讓主客雙方都簡單不費勁的舉措。 續訂的房間已沒有了，衹能搬了一個三樓的房間，對於我們老年人來説，不太方便，尤其是最後退房時要搬大箱子。前台問我們要了每個箱子100盧布。前台説:她們馬上要裝電梯了。 最後要感謝一下前台的某個服務員，因為晚上洗澡水不太熱，她表示歉意並贈送了我們每人挺大一個冰淇淋蛋糕。
