The hotel is nice, the room was big, we did switch room on second day for better view. The hotel was literally at 100% occupancy. The housekeeping was very efficient and so is the repair team. The location is very remote with not much around, so if you want to just relax, swim, and read a book, this is the perfect location. The hotel has a restaurant, a pool bar, a spa, a 24 hours gym, a pickle ball court, a large outdoor pool, and direct access to beach. On the positive side, the staff are so nice, very friendly, attend to your needs very efficiently. Honestly, I am super impressed that my room is always clean on time, there are always clean towels at the pool, this is extremely challenging for a fully booked hotel, which also was hosting a wedding and a conference during Valentine’s Day weekend and Chinese new years at the same time. On the negatives side, the carpet was dirty in both rooms, the AC was leaking and the toilet seat was broken, both were fixed right away. Because it is remote, we ate most of our meals in the hotel. The F&B program was not very well designed, options were limited for both breakfast and dinner buffet; after 3 days it feels a little like eating canteen food. Both my son and husband had salad on first day, while I only ate cooked food, so they were both pretty sick for the rest of the stay. Meanwhile, the operation team at the restaurant was clearly not ready for full occupancy, any order could easily take >45 mins and many local dishes were not available for days because lacking of LOCAL ingredients. They even ran out of ice cream at dinner, something that could have been stocked well in advance, unlike fresh vegetables. So any meal could take 1.5 - 2.0 hours. Again, the ataff was wonderful, they were doing everything they can to help. However, the management team really need to plan better for high season.

Max777We booked a night in the Lila villa and it was exceptional! One of the most comfortable stays in the Philippines. The bed was amazing, the shower was awesome and for once the little fridge was stacked with goodies. The staff was so kind and sweet. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it for the extra buck or two.

New hotel. Clean. But unfortunately had a wet rug smell upon entering. Need the AC on for sometime before smell went away.
The check in took a some time. The front desk said thought she thought I was travelling with the people in front so she did not hurry.
They took breakfast orders upon check in but was not available during breakfast and had to reorder again.

We only stayed here for 2 nights on arrival to PP, then headed to El Nido by van after a visit to the underground river. Staff organised our tour and transport. facilities were brilliant, staff were freindly and efficient. Food was scrumptious. Pool area is beautiful at night. room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Martin BosioIncreíble stay! Nice hot shower, beautiful pool to relax and have a drink. Really friendly and professional staff. Accesible from the airport, only downside would be that it’s a bit far from downtown but perfect for a peaceful stay. 100% recommend to buy tiny bread called “Cheeseepandesal” from the neighboring lady baker (has a caddy with oven, serves it hot🤤)

swedish_family_stockholmWe had a lovely stay for 3 nights with our 2 kids. The beach is Amazing and very fun to walk and discover during low tide. Hundreds of starfish, crabs and fishes. Service is good, but the restaurant takes some time to get the food and it's somewhat overpriced. The pool area is well maintained and there are some nice drinks by the pool bar. We also took a trip to the nearby islands, which is highly recommended.
We're on a 4 month holiday so this was a short stop before continuing to Astoria and then further to El Nido.
3-4 nights is enough to stay here.

University /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.

A one-night hotel, though that's all you need. The price reflects what you get: no hot water, and the water pressure was just a trickle. The towels were in name only; they were clearly past their prime. Found some kind of larva on the sheet. The AC was noisy, and the airflow blew directly onto the bed. On the bright side, no shortage of beds, and there's a Bible!

KenDucsWe recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say it was one of the cleanest hotels I've experienced in Palawan. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access local attractions. However, there was some noise from a nearby bar late at night. It wasn't too distracting for me, especially on the higher floors, so I recommend requesting one of those if you’re sensitive to sound.
The hotel itself is well-maintained, likely due to its recent renovations. The elevator, though small, was smooth and always clean, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The bathroom was a highlight—very clean and comfortable, although I did find the water heater a bit challenging to adjust.
Each room features a smart lock and a smart TV with Netflix and other apps, which is a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was reliable, even on the highest floor, allowing for seamless browsing.
One area for improvement would be the bedding. While the mattress and pillows were decent, a thicker comforter would enhance the sleeping experience, as the provided blanket was quite thin.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While this may not be a luxury hotel, it offers excellent cleanliness and customer service, making it a great choice for travelers. I would certainly consider staying here again!

We stayed 1 night, for easy access to the airport. Walking distance to the bayside walk and lots of restaurants and bars. The bedroom and bathroom could do with being updated but it was cheap / value for money. Hot and cold water dispenser and nice area for eating
