GGuest UserThe apartment itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately the cleanliness was very disappointing upon arrival. It looked like the apartment had not been properly cleaned or used for several months. There was dust everywhere — on the cabinets, wardrobe, and floors. We had to mop the floors ourselves and wipe down all the cabinets and wardrobes because they were covered in dust and stains.
The bathroom and toilets were also not properly cleaned, and we had to clean them ourselves, including the inside of the shower.
Aside from the cleanliness issues, the apartment is nice, but the overall experience was affected by the condition it was presented in. I hope management improves the cleaning standards for future guests.
