Everything is ok but service was very minimal. During checkout, we asked for help getting a taxi to the jetty. Staff only tried one number, got no answer, and told us to walk to the main street to find any taxi. Most places would usually try a few more numbers. Luckily we had no luggage, but this was disappointing.

The environment is beautiful and very therapeutic. However, the room is too small. Although the bathroom is spacious, the shower area is quite basic. Despite this, my family still hopes to revisit and perhaps a different room might offer a better experience next time.

It was a birthday treat for me but bringing kids along sure need activities fun for them, so recommended as kids friendly hotel! The ambience was beautiful, u check-in & great with warm cookies also the staffs are really kind.  The waterpark with slides accommodate kids plus they have kids club & game room too.. Food ? Delicious for wide spread of buffet breakfast & dinner. Pizza for chillin at pool area was also the bomb. The beach access also great, just maybe i think not so suitable for stroller or wheel chair as lots of stairs here n there . Overall, a nice healing spot withe beautiful scenary , oh plus points the bed ahhhhh so nice!!!

Most have a little terrace with a table. It's all very simple, but clean and pleasant. - 🛏️ **Amenities:** The bedding was clean, there was always hot water, and the air conditioners were powerful. The towels, however, are quite worn out and could use replacing. - 🏊 **Pool:** There is a pool, but it looked a bit gloomy, so we didn't use it. - 👥 **Staff:** The owners are polite and friendly. No deposit is required. There's a front desk, but it's not open 24/7, which is something to keep in mind if you're checking in late. 📌 **Bottom Line:** A simple yet tidy hotel with an excellent location. It's suitable for those looking for affordable accommodation by the sea without extravagant expectations. We were happy with our stay.

The ratings given are in the context relevant for a CHEAP BUDGET hotel. I have rated Hotel Lam Seng as GOOD overall for a CHEAP BUDGET hotel. Pantai Remis is a typical small Malaysian town where the different races live side-by-side and each goes about with their lives in relative harmony.

a quick one night stay with affordable price. one way to teluk nipah. not so distance but need transportation to get from jetty to the hotel. comfy bed, clean shower. coffee, tea & hot water at the lobby, but accessable up to 10:30 p.m. only. there's duty free shops, convenience store nearby - just a walk away.

The room that we got to stay in was very clean and neat. The Tv was a smart Tv and the picture quality was extremely good unlike some hotels that we stayed in before. The water heater worked perfectly. The bed was clean and tidy.No issues with the cleaning service. The floor was clean. The bathroom was spotless. The given shampoo and bathing soap smelled good. In a nutshell, I would definitely pick this hotel again each time I visit Sitiawan. Thank you (Sorry for any English errors😊)

We had an unpleasant experience at this hotel. We booked a 2-night stay, and upon arrival, the receptionist assigned us a room on Level 1. However, we soon discovered that the door lock was faulty and could not be secured. We requested a room change, which the receptionist approved, and we were moved to a room on Level 2. The first night was fine, but on the second night, the air conditioning stopped working, leaving us in an uncomfortably hot room. When I informed the receptionist, she stated that all rooms were fully booked, despite a higher-priced room still being available. At 4 a.m., I could no longer endure the heat and insisted on a solution. Eventually, at 6 a.m., we were moved to the higher-priced room on Level 1.

Smooth process, convenient parking, and a spacious room for four people. The bathroom was fine, and the air conditioning was cold. There are plenty of food options nearby. The only drawback was the noise at night from the main road, but it was good value for money.

The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold.
