Hotels with Parking in Kota Setar

I will definitely come here again. It was the best decision ever to stay here because the room complete with 4 pillows, superb king bed, smart TV and Young Living aroma. My room does have the balcony and enjoy watching the road scene.

Got problem with toilet overflow and hotel managed to resolve. They throw away the toothbrush after room keeping, just feels that it's a bit wasted, can keep for 2nd night usage. Should not flip the sandal on top of each other after room keeping as the dirty bottom is on the wearing surface. Simple breakfast, not many choices. Room price is rather high. Like the staff who was helpful to carry my stuff to room upon check in.

We had a wonderful stay at Star City Hotel for Hari Raya! As always, we look forward to staying here whenever we visit our hometown. The hotel is comfortable, convenient, and the staff are friendly. This time, our studio was very close to the air-conditioning compressor, which was quite loud – as a light sleeper, it made sleeping a bit difficult. We did request a room change, but due to the busy Raya period, no rooms were available, which we completely understand. Overall, still a great experience and we will definitely return!

Limited car park but guarded. I could hear the phone ringing from the counter.

This is the 3rd staying here. The hotel is clean and in good location. Many restaurants nearby and one shopping mall in walking distance. The room is small but enough for 1 or 2 person if you don't have big luggage. It is abit noisy from truck outside in early morning, other than that nothing to complain.

Well service standard excellent I'm very happy.. With the check in process very quick.. The room was nice and cozy, the bed was so comfortable even the shower was great.. With very good & strong water pressure.. Very pleased with almost everything except for the breakfast a little bit disappointed & most of the food serve not much verity & strangely cold with most of the food warmer not working or switch off.. Well anyway I had a pleasant stay.. Thank you very much.. The Jerai Hotel.. Alor Star.. Keep up the good work 👍💪

So far okey je sebab untuk tidur Tuala ada kotoran yg tak boleh hilang Lock pintu ada skru yang patah, Dan terima kasih bersihkan katil disebabkan anak buah sy terkencing. Mungkin dia ngigau masa dlm bus dia tak tahan nak terkencing dan ibu sy suruh kencing dalam botol, ketawa tak berhenti dan hilang rasa nak terkencing. Ni je gambar masa dekat hotel.

The hotel was okay, but the toilet flushed very poorly. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The bedding didn't seem fresh, so we asked for the sheets and pillowcases to be changed, and they did it. There's a pool at the hotel, but it was full of kids (maybe a sports group), all wearing swim caps. We decided not to swim with them.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for business and travel purposes. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The hotel staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which allowed me to rest comfortably after a busy day. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money with quality facilities and a strategic location. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future and would gladly recommend it to other travelers.

It was raining heavily and my room was leaking. What's more, the soundproofing was very poor. The noise from the cars and motorcycles on the road made me sleep poorly for almost the whole night. But the rest was pretty good.
