Hotels with Parking in Bintulu

Had a great 2-day stay at NU Hotel Bintulu. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The location is also very convenient, with nearby shops and food places easily accessible. The hotel atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for resting after a long day. WiFi connection was good, parking was convenient, and overall the facilities were satisfactory for both short business trips and casual stays. Overall, a pleasant experience and definitely a hotel I would consider staying at again when visiting Bintulu.

Cons 1. Loud road noise during night affecting sleep (front room facing road), poor window sound insulation 2. Lack of maintenance for electrical panel, damage lighting, damage socket for both bedside Pros 1. Friendly staff 2. Breakfast is nice and simple, perhaps can improve in coffee taste (too thin), tea is okay, Food can be better with Suggest breadcrumb Chicken nugget upgrade to tempura chicken nugget 3. Upkeep lobby like painting is being done 4. Good vibes, nice cafe song/music

The hotel's location is convenient with easy parking, and it's also very clean. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is quite poor. I could hear the music from the bar outside and the loud sounds of doors opening and closing from the adjacent room.

Overall, the three-night stay was decent. The downsides were that the hotel didn't provide shampoo, and the quality of the toothbrushes needs improvement. As for the hotel's breakfast, it was acceptable.

We arrived during Carnival, and the hotel was clearly understaffed, so we couldn't check in on time. However, the staff were incredibly thoughtful and gave us an empty room for my family, including the elderly and children, to rest in first. It was a very considerate gesture.

The owner was really nice. We didn't have local currency, so they helped us find a place to exchange money. The location is quite convenient, close to the mall and not far from the beach either.

Pros: -Staff is helpful & friendly. -Provided TV,water heater, air cond. -Car parking provide at basement hotel. -Fitness center at basement floor. -Walking distance within 1km for hypermarket & food. Cons: -WIFI internet is provided but always request to login access once out of building, hopefully improve it. -Drain water system very slow at bathroom. -Cup did not change when housekeeping after used.

The hotel lobby is big and beautiful. The room need upgrade. The breakfast is just simple breakfast, not recommend to add on. They have promotion for lunch buffet (rm10 for adults and rm5 for children). You get what you paid. The swimming pool is big but the kids pool is close.

Beautiful sunset view with good ambiance. Classy swimming pool and a hearty peacefulness. Special thanks to chef who prepared food with care at 6am as my wife is vegetarian and fasting. Thank you for giving the good experience.

Everything was good and cozy .. what u apin what u get . Have lift and have water filter . Have iron board secrion .
