GGuest UserThe deposit of 2000MXN has not been refunded. I have called twice and it has been fully paid. We are still speechless even though we were charged the deposit. We hope to correct it as soon as possible and refund the deposit.

GGuest UserThe hotel is old but it’s fine. The worst part is the front desk service, I have been sending mails to push them correct the mistake on the invoice they sent but the result is still wrong. When I called them directly to explained what I need, the front desk hang up the phone without giving solution. This is totally a service disaster for the Four Point brand and I don’t think anyone deserves the attitude and service 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Secondly, I live on the 10th floor 1018, my colleague 11th floor 1117, all belong to the side of the road, I don't know if it is Easter or other reasons, the people in the next room have been hid for two nights, and they are still jingling at two or three in the middle of the night. . .

DDongfanghongriAn old hotel located in the old town of Monterey. It looks like a large Chinese bath center. We stayed in the main building. The interior decoration and furniture are in the traditional European style. The hotel's location is pretty good, as it is in the old town and an old residential area. At the junction of the traditional residential area, it looks a bit shabby, and there are some beggars on the nearby streets; it is recommended to live in the old city near the central square (see the square in my pictures 5, 6, and 7). The hotel is better; the hotel has traditional Mexican food for breakfast. In the pedestrian street near the Old Town Square, there are also 2 small Chinese restaurants, which are opened by Cantonese and are relatively affordable.

GGaowanboThe hotel staff speaks Spanish! The self-service American breakfast is okay, you can eat whatever you want (fruit/milk/bread/coffee/tea bags/cake). There is a 711 small supermarket within 200 meters, and there is a Herb supermarket and shopping center 1 kilometer away.
