The room was large, with good facilities, but a little old. We called the hotel for a shuttle after leaving the Monterrey Airport, and they quickly arranged a large car for us that could hold more luggage. The service and value for money were really good.

The soundproofing in this hotel is extremely poor. The receptionist had a terrible attitude and made me wait a long time for someone else, but I was already very anxious to get to the airport.

The decor is new, comparable to a budget hotel in China, and much better than other hotels near Monterey Airport. The breakfast selection was limited but very clean. The room was relatively small but very clean, and the air conditioning was new and not too noisy at night. Overall, I recommend it.
