Все понравилось. The garden is without doubt worth stopping here! The house is 200 m from the road, around a chic garden with varied plants and palm trees. Morning is a singing of a large number of birds and a delicious breakfast on a tent terrace. Inside is clean, there is a maskette over the bed, air conditioner and fan. If you do not suffer from the fact that to the sea you need to go for 13 minutes, the place is magnificent, for your money so at all! Friendly, cozy, delicious, beautiful. The beach is clean, long and wide.

This is a real 5☆ Service is scaled, very careful staff, no obsessive. Help is ready for everything. The territory is clean, hardware, any leaf falling from the tree is immediately cleaned)))) breakfast is excellent, the dishes are served without discrimination. It is nice to spend time at the pool, towels are provided at any time. The beach is through the road but not tense, even cool to look at the trains passing, rarely ride. The beach is clean but no equipment from the hotel, we went to the nearest cafe and there, if you take a drink, you can use a cheeslon. The rooms themselves in the retro style, furniture is stylish, pleasant in the room is located. A huge balcony with a view to a chic garden. Comfortable bed, air conditioning is fine, does not blow out of bed as in many hotels. Tea, water, tea and coffee in the bags are filled. The minibar is paid but the price is as in any bar or restaurant in Sri Lanka. They went to the city only a couple times, 10 minutes on a tuck-tuck. But in 10 minutes of a hobby , next to the hotel there are cafes and restaurants too, not as in Bentote itself is loaded. On the recipe we helped to buy tours. The hotel recommends unequivocally.

Couldn't fault this hotel. My room was upgraded to a sea view de luxe room and it was fantastic. It was well cleaned every day by Jinendra who also left an amusing 'towel animal' for me daily! Breakfast in the Palms Restaurant was superb, plenty of choice and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Sam was exceptional and went out of his way to get everything I asked for. Madhuka and Dimli also deserve a special mention. The SHACK seafood restaurant was excellent and good value. We also had some evening meals in the Palms Restaurant. They offer a magnificent buffet but we ordered a la carte and were not disappointed. We ventured outside the hotel for an evening meal on a few occasions (across the railway line) but found the standard to be mediocre and not that cheap compared with what was available at the hotel. The swimming pool was easily accessible (graduated steps) and the water wonderfully warm. We never had a problem getting a sun lounger after breakfast although many are obviously reserved early. The extensive beach is lovely for walks. There are sun loungers in the shaded area in the trees but these have to be paid for. The hotel offers a number of daytime activities and there is evening entertainment. A wonderful stay and I would highly recomment this hotel.

It's just average. There may not be any fast-food hotels in China. I just made do with it for a one-day stay. The mineral water in the room is in large glass bottles. I don't know what kind of water it is. There is no supermarket nearby. I just drank it. There are impurities in the water. I'm not satisfied with it as a whole. There was no breakfast in the morning. When I asked if there was any breakfast, they only served a pot of coffee. The only thing I was very satisfied with was the view. There is a private beach right outside the door. It's clean and beautiful!

The owner settled me in a one-room apartment instead of a two-room apartment with a terrace, balcony, kitchen, refrigerator without all these amenities. There was only one working socket for charging gadgets and a kettle. But though the room was clean and there was an aircon inside. Bedsheets were clean as well. They also provide a towel for free. As for bath and toilet it was also clean. There was hot water but no shampoo/shower gel in bath cabins. But there was a toilet paper. There was a kettle in the room. As for cold drinking water they don't provide it. Internet connection wasn't working all the time. There was a pretty good breakfast with fried 2 eggs, 4 tosts (but 2 of them were from old dried bread), butter and jam, fruits (3 pieces of watermelon and papaya, 2 bananas) and 2 drinks as tea/coffee and freshly made juice. Located in 5 mins walking distance from beach. The staff was accomodating and helpful.

Небольшой двухэтажный отель на 5-6 номеров. Расположен на 3 береговой. Пешком до моря минут 10. Брали номер с видом на море на 2 этаже. На первом этаже живут хоязева, паркуют свой тук-тук и есть пара номеров. Номер представляет из себя две комнаты с санузлом посередине. В одной из комнат кровать и шкаф. В другой два стула и холодильник. Все номера верхнего этажа выходят на общую террасу, где стоят кресла, на которых можно отдохнуть и посмотреть сквозь просветы в пальмах на море. Мебель антиквариат, сам номер тоже подуставший. Кровать удобная с москитной сеткой. Шампунь, кондиционер, зубные щётки отсутствуют. Только кусок мыла и туалетная бумага. В небольшом дворе есть бассейн и обеденная зона, где сервируют завтрак. Завтрак хороший, с яичницей, тостами, фрешем и свежими фруктами. Также видел, что соседи просили хозяева готовить им ужин. По стоимости не интересовался. Из плюсов. Всё относительно близко, пляж напротив отеля вечером заполнен ланкийцами, но чуть левее почти никого нет. Вода чистая. Недалеко есть продуктовый магазин и кафе. Вечером темно и прекрасно видно звезды. Хозяева прекрасные и отзывчивые, очень стараются. Из минусов: через несколько домов проходит железная дорога. Днём её не слышно, но с утра она не даст вам проспать завтрак. Также просыпаться вы будете под пение птиц. И рано утром два дня подряд врубали сирену, возможно это из-за годовщины цунами. Также громко шумит кондиционер. В целом место можно рекомендовать, хотя требовательным людям не понравится.

1 мин до пляжа, есть свой ресторан (по цене так же, как и в других, порции не огромные, но и не маленькие, мы часто брали одну порцию на двоих; еда примерно во всех ресторанах одинаковая), очень вежливый персонал. Номер Delux по площади большой, есть кондиционер и вентилятор. В первые два дня были пару огромных таракана, которых мы выгнали, а больше не попадались. Из живности были еще мелкие муравьи в ванне, но после первого дня нашего проживания они пропали. Мы жили в 01 номере на 2ом этаже, комаров у нас не было, но остальные жаловались, что комаров очень много и балдахин над кроватью не помогает, возможно из-за того, что у нас окна выходили на пляж, а у кого на лес(с обратной стороны здании) у них и были. Железная дорога под окнами, но быстро привыкаешь и уже не просыпаешься от шума. Первый поезд проходит где-то в 5 утра, а следующий в 8 утра. При заезде дают туалетную бумагу и 2 маленьких куска мыла, поэтому нужно с собой взять шампунь, гель для душа. Можно попросить чайник, его дают бесплатно+принесут две кружки. Есть холодильник, стол и комод с зеркалом в комнате. Где-то 12.02 приехали волейболисты (человек 60) на 3 недели и заняли весь пляж, поставили сетки и играли с утра до вечера с перерывом с 12 до 15 на обед. Не понравилось, то что к воде было проблематично подойти через кучу летающих мячиков. Лежаков от отеля всего 8 и когда мы с утра пошли на пляж, то нас сопроводил персонал до лежаков и убедился, что нам хватило место (хочу сказать отдельное спасибо!). Местные говорят, что второй год подряд приезжают сюда волейболисты. Супермаркет в 20мин от отеля, маленькие магазины, где продают воду, печенья и хоз. Товары возле дороги (идти 1-2мин)

Villa was superb and breakfast was really delicious! greenery was really impressive and beach access is just excellent and near by! only room wifi was not working properly in standard room!
