The decoration style of the hotel is very good, and the care is shown everywhere. A hotel that looks small on the outside, in fact, it has very complete facilities. There is a restaurant on the first floor, and the front desk and guest rooms on the second floor. The restaurant on the first floor offers delicious meals and local beer🍺. The breakfast has rice, kimchi, omelette, yogurt, etc. It is very hearty. The decoration of the room is also very warm, the bed is comfortable to sleep. TV, air conditioning, and kettle are all available. For dinner, there are buns, Russian red soup, etc., which are more suitable for Chinese tastes. During the few days of staying, you basically enjoy one-to-one service, and the time set for breakfast and dinner will not delay your meal. The owner is Korean and very nice. Nikita, Camila, Merey, Allessya at the front desk are all good. Help call a car, help check information on the computer. There are relatively few Chinese in Shymkent, and the locals are mostly Russian or Kazakh.

Most of all I liked: the convenient location of the hotel, the responsive staff and the size of the room.

What I liked most was that the hotel isn't run-down, and the cleanliness was a 10/10. If you're not staying long, 4 square meters will seem perfectly fine. Free tea and sugar are a nice bonus. It's a bit far from the airport, but taxis in Kazakhstan are inexpensive. The only minor issue was the slippers provided by the hotel, which aligns with local culture. However, if they're going to provide them, they should be new or disposable. I had the feeling many people had worn them before me. Overall, for one night at that price, I'd rate it 5 with a minus.

The room was incredibly spacious, and everything felt new and modern. We were allowed to check in three hours early since our room was ready, which was a huge relief after an overnight flight – a big thank you for that! It's a bit far from the city center and main attractions, but taxis are inexpensive and arrive quickly. The breakfasts were excellent: they had homemade cottage cheese and sour cream, seasonal strawberries, porridge, and scrambled eggs. The Wi-Fi was superb; it never failed me once during my three-day stay, which was crucial for my work. We even managed to go on an excursion near Shymkent. Since we left at 5 AM and missed breakfast, they kindly allowed us to pack a dry meal for the next day. I highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed one night for a layover in Shymkent. The hotel was clean and the reception staff were friendly. There were restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which made the stay very convenient!

I took the parents and they were delighted, very clean, beautiful and the most important staff is good, and still time considers from the race, it is also a huge plus.

We arrived at the hotel late at night. There were no problems with late check-in, ordered the room in 5 minutes. The room was clean, water, tea. Breakfast was included in the booking. Everything is very delicious, wonderful coffee 🙌

Обслуживание прекрасное, все что ни просила - предоставили. Номер уютный и комфортный. Из минусов только отсутствие фена, но я не думаю что это сильная проблема, и вполне возможно что он был на ресепш

Very good. The room is cool and spacious. There is a veranda so the view is good. They are friendly and the breakfast is good. I will go back on my next business trip.
