TV, air conditioning, and kettle are all available. For dinner, there are buns, Russian red soup, etc., which are more suitable for Chinese tastes. During the few days of staying, you basically enjoy one-to-one service, and the time set for breakfast and dinner will not delay your meal. The owner is Korean and very nice. Nikita, Camila, Merey, Allessya at the front desk are all good. Help call a car, help check information on the computer. There are relatively few Chinese in Shymkent, and the locals are mostly Russian or Kazakh.

Really great hotel! It's clean, and there's a kitchen and laundry facilities. I stayed for one night during a layover and arrived early. The staff were very understanding and allowed me to check in early. A huge THANK YOU to them!!! The shower and toilet were clean, and there was shampoo and shower gel provided in the shower.

Excellent hotel, with very spacious and clean rooms that have been recently renovated. We arrived very early due to an early flight, but the lady at the reception still managed to check us in. We also had an early departure and would miss breakfast, so the staff prepared lunch boxes for us, and everything was delicious.

I stayed one night for a layover in Shymkent. The hotel was clean and the reception staff were friendly. There were restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which made the stay very convenient!

I took the parents and they were delighted, very clean, beautiful and the most important staff is good, and still time considers from the race, it is also a huge plus.

A good hotel near the airport (15 km like). Very comfortable accommodation was. The room was clean, there were towels and hygiene sets. I didn't have a air conditioner, but I didn't have a critical condition.

We arrived at the hotel late at night. There were no problems with late check-in, ordered the room in 5 minutes. The room was clean, water, tea. Breakfast was included in the booking. Everything is very delicious, wonderful coffee 🙌
