Guest UserI stopped by Changwon on a family trip. The reason I came back a second time was because the staff was so kind. The female staff were also so kind and took care of everything for me in the evening, and I was impressed.
The male staff member, who looked to be in his late 40s, was especially very kind. I came with children, and I was grateful to them for being kind and taking good care of them.

The hotel is in the city center, halfway between Jinhae Station and the intercity bus terminal.
The room is spacious and clean, bed is wide, TV is good, wifi connection is strong. Staff is friendly and helpful, really warm after a long trip coming here.
Restaurants are all around. The one next to the hotel offers good quality Korean beef and pork at reasonable prices.

I came here for BTS Consert. I was so surprised when they gave me a little gift of BTS. thank you for welcoming army like me. I am so sorry for the messy room because this is my firstime they come clean our room every day. I really like how they provide lot of amenities for travelers.

The hotel was a bit dated but very clean. They didn’t provide toothbrushes but you can purchase them in the lobby. The staff were kind and helpful. The gym was surprisingly very good for a hotel of this size!

We stayed for 5 days. Our room was clean and was always kept clean by the friendly staff. The manager and the housekeeping staff were all helpful, accommodating and always cheerful. They definitely made up for the rudeness we experienced from some of their fellow countrymen. Good location with lots of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. We truly recommend this hotel. I really liked the hotel, starting from the location, namely near a large market where you can buy fresh vegetables or seafood and also many cafes. The hotel room is clean, daily cleaning. The hotel staff is very responsible in fulfilling their duties, and is also always friendly. I used the laundry service, it is very convenient and is included in the cost of accommodation.

Anonymous UserI had a pleasant stay at Sungsan Hotel. The check-in process was quick and smooth without any issues. Although the hotel is quite old, the facilities are still decent and well maintained. The room was spacious, and even though I was assigned a smoking room, there was no cigarette smell at all.
The bathroom comes with a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. The location is excellent, it's in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with its affordable price.

It is hard to find because it is part of the building, but I’m impressed by the basic needs for an overnight stay. The facility looks new, and the linens are clean. We had a good sleep. Thank you to the Korean lady who helped us navigate the hotel’s simplified remote and WiFi access.

Well located and saved us after another hotel was unable to accommodate us!
The staff were lovely and friendly! We booked to go and see the cherry blossom festival, it was in a great location for it as the buses were frequent and often!
Bonus! There is a lake near by that’s beautiful- sadly we didn’t see the fireworks show that’s there because we didn’t know about it but we had an amazing time!
The hotel also has a full sized bath which was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!
