The room was well maintained and comfortable, although it looked old. Check-in was 17:00, so I waited at the front desk, but it seems that I should have contacted him. The phone number was written in front of me. Next time, I will call you. Amenity was put in a bag and got at the front desk. The front desk clerk felt good.
