The room was clean and very clean. The scent of wooden wood was very comfortable. I had to drive to procure ingredients because there was no supermarket nearby, but I was saved because the seasoning in the room was relatively substantial.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I like the natural hot spring water of the hotel. The buffet of the hotel is very good. The room with the mountain view is particularly comfortable. You can enjoy the scenery in the room.

The hotel is a bit of a drive from Karuizawa JR Station, about 35 minutes, and there's a toll fee. However, the scenery along the way is beautiful. Shiraito Falls is about 10 minutes away. The hotel parking lot is ample and very convenient. The hotel rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hot springs are both indoor and outdoor, with an orange-brown color and a mild odor. Unfortunately, the outdoor hot springs don't allow for a view of the sky. The breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of options and are delicious. This hotel has a very resort-like feel and I'd definitely return if I had the chance. The location is a bit far on the top of the mountain. There is snow when driving up there, but the road is still passable. The traditional Japanese tatami is very clean. The room only has a toilet and a washbasin. There is no bathroom. You have to go to the large bathhouse in the lobby to take a shower. This is a bit inconvenient. The biggest problem is that you have to walk about 100 meters out of the hotel to soak in the hot springs. It is cold outside. The road is dark and slippery, so I don’t recommend it if there are elderly people or children. One night, two meals a night, there was a buffet. It was the worst dining hall I had in Japan. I got up at around 8 o’clock in the morning to freshen up and get ready for breakfast, and went to the dining hall. It’s not open. It turns out that it’s over at 9:00. I haven’t tried the hotel and it’s over at 9:00. I can only drive down the mountain to find a place to eat by myself. The place is good and the scenery is beautiful, but I really won’t go there again.

After arriving, I went to the ”Toy Kingdom” next to it. There are very few people, and you can get on the bus without waiting 3 to 5 minutes. The tension of the children is MAX. Check in from 15:00, sweat in the bathtub, and then spend relaxing time in the room. Fortunately, the breakfast the next morning also has rich side dishes. I still want to go again.
