TToshi17建物はリニューアルなので外観は古いし耐震補強してますが、内装はきれいにしており、清掃も良いです。食事の美味しさも去ることながら、ビュッフェ用のワゴンなどアンケート要望が生かされていると思います。コーヒーメーカーやウォーターサーバーなどの故障への対応は大変だと思いますが、丁寧に対応していました。ブュッフェの味もメニューも高級ホテルに劣らないと思います。
