Hotels with Parking in Tokushima City

I chose this hotel because I was looking for accommodation near the Awa Odori Hall (which also serves as the boarding point for the Bizan Ropeway) to watch the night performance. There is (almost) no parking available for visitors at the Awa Odori Hall. Since the hall is only about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, I recommend this hotel if you plan to watch the Awa Odori performance or ride the ropeway. The hotel parking is mechanical, and the fee is 500 yen. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast is decent. Overall, it is a satisfactory place to stay.

There are many delicious foods near the hotel, and the free breakfast is also very good. It is very convenient to walk to Tokushima Station for about 5 minutes. The room size is quite satisfactory, the suitcase can barely be opened.

I stayed here for two nights during my trip. It is a Japanese-style inn with an old-fashioned feel, and there are steps in the toilet and bathroom, so be careful. However, there is a large public bath, and the front desk staff were kind and warm, so the negative aspects were offset. I would stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel is very close to the prefectural office, which gives a strange sense of security 😅. If you're coming from the JR station, you'll need to take a bus or a taxi. For a regional city in Japan, the room was surprisingly spacious. There's a Lawson convenience store right across the street.

Very central location near the train station, still quiet. Very friendly, competent staff, rooms large ! , very clean. A small, fine hotel. Breakfast - excellent, large selection, western as Japanese, stylish atmosphere - is not offered directly in the hotel Agnes but in the nearby, about 100 m, ”Motherhouse”. Also the Onsen is not directly in Agnes but in the also Related hotel directly from Agnes, about 15 m from the street, railway station, shops, bus station in about 250 m distance. For me in terms of price / performance an optimal hotel. I felt very well there and would stay there anytime again.

The facilities are a bit dated, showing how prosperous Japan once was. Compared to newer hotels in my home country today, it can't quite compete, but everything is functional, and most importantly, it's very clean. The hotel location is convenient, and a walk along the river is peaceful and relaxing.

The staff only speaks basic English, so you should prepare a measure to communicate in Japanese. Early check-in and spacious rooms and bathrooms are hard to find in Japan. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong and the hot water comes out well. It's equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator. But the mattress on the bed was dead with all the cushions. If you go to Tokushima, I'll find this place again.

It's a little far from the station, but I was able to stay cheaply even on weekends. There was also a large bath. Meals are opposite and next to hamburgers and sushi, and cup noodles and a little sweets are in the hotel shop.
