Hotels with Parking in Takamatsu

A wonderfully located hotel right in front of the Takamatsu Station. It is also relatively new hotel. So amenities and room are very client centric! Onsen is rather small but clean. Breakfast is at a Izakaya on the ground level. It is a set meal. One can choose from 3 options. We had the same food for two days. The hotel is literally across the Takamatsu Castle.

It’s about 10 mins walk from airport bus station and 26 mins walk to the ferry terminal. On the day of our arrival, we accidentally left our bag in the bus. With the help of google translate, the hotel staff understood our problem and efficiently communicated with the bus company, we managed to get our bag eventually. There’s coin washer/dryer (¥300/wash) and free coffee/green tea in the cafe, a shared kitchen where one can heat up food and stuff. We stayed 4 nights and we have enjoyed our stay. Would love to go back again!

We booked a twin room for two people. There were only two beds in the room and the toilet and shower were shared, but it was relatively clean. The sounds of trains passing by and sounds from the next room could be heard quite easily.

While the location is a little removed from the city center, this wasn’t an issue at all for me, as I had a rental car. The added bonus? Free parking on-site, which made my stay even more convenient and budget-friendly. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. There's a convenience store (Ministop) diagonally across the street. - There's a small clothes rack in the bathroom, which is a nice touch. - BS broadcasts are available (which is often not available in hotels of this cab). - Bicycle rentals available. Not so good points - No lace curtains. Only one blackout curtain. - The room light switch is far from the bed, which is inconvenient for sleeping. They looked after my luggage before and after check-in and checked-out, and they even loaned me a bicycle. The main street leading to Ritsurin Garden has a bicycle zone on the sidewalk, making it easy to cycle.

Hotel staff at reception desk is super helpful and very patient to assist customer. Room is super clean and breakfast is nice. We stayed this hotel for 4 nights for a golf trip. During our stay, there were a couple issues we have with car rental companies. Staff was very kind to help in local languange conversation with call center and local police individuals to effectively get thing done. I cannot image how long it will take for us to communicate with non-Japanese lauguage... Good job Route Inn hotel.

Upon returning to Takamatsu from the islands, I booked this hotel and opted for a smoking single room this time. Its location is excellent, very close to Takamatsu Port and shopping districts. The room, though compact, was perfectly equipped with everything I needed. In the evening, I enjoyed a relaxing soak in the bathtub.
