GGuest UserIf you look for a nice quiet place for a relaxing stay, this is a superb ryokan in the area that I would recommend.
The ryokan building is beautifully decorated, despite its age. I particularly appreciate the sincere service from the manager and hosts. You can rely on them to take care of your stay. They could also provide pick-up and drop-off service at Utsumi Station.
Dinner and breakfast were well-prepared with natural ingredients. Not only are they delicious but also presented nicely. The lobby also provides complimentary drinks and snacks - you can enjoy a little footbath there with a glass of whiskey and some nuts.
Of course you cannot miss the marvellous scenery of the beach.
The only downside is the public onsen bath was a little small. But in general we loved the stay.

GGuest UserThe real local residents' houses, the surrounding natural environment is good, and the air is fresh. The shower and toilet are separate.
There is no kettle in the room. Compatriots who have the habit of drinking hot water can ask the landlord or bring one of their own.
It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to Shiqi Port from here.
