CChengThis is a small hot spring village. Bailong is a cultural hotel. The open-air hot springs and family hot springs are very good. Breakfast and dinner are very rich and varied. You can eat traditional Japanese cuisine here.
The service staff is very thoughtful.

GGuest UserI made a reservation after much deliberation among several candidates for a family trip. It was raining, but they came to the parking lot, gave me an umbrella, and even helped me carry my luggage. The facilities were more satisfactory than I expected, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious Japanese-style. All the staff were so kind that I had a great night's rest. I want to visit again next time!

I highly recommend the breakfast and dinners, they were great for big days of hiking and convenient as there aren't too many food options up in the mountains.
The train carriages have a large sleeping area and a connected large room to store your things or just to hang out. Yes the pillows are like a bag of rice but it's part of the experience!
Great place to stay and great value.

房入面基本上同佢影出黎嘅一樣 如果想睇多啲相 可以去佢地個官方網站到睇 trip.com比較少相睇
房入面有個好大更衣室 更衣室入面有齊曬lotion個啲 仲有凍熱水提供 設施非常齊備 同係出面浸溫泉一樣
「草」景觀好靚，可以望到日落 同埋見到阿蘇火山
另外夜晚可以出去睇到好多星星
少少唔好處就係可能一唔小心就會飛咗啲昆蟲入房

From the private onsen soaks, the tranquil views, the delectable food (black truffle shavings done table side was quite the treat!), and the extremely attentive staff, we couldn’t ask for more. I will say the location is rather remote but that is what we wanted - no distractions. We would stay here again without hesitation. PS: do the 5 course wine pairing with dinner - it’s worth it.

It is quiet and you can feel the atmosphere of a Japanese ryokan.

The front desk staff were very polite, and we thoroughly enjoyed the five family baths.
At night, we went to see the stars with the kids.
The only thing that was disappointing was that some of the family baths were extremely cold.
Other than that, we had a great time.
