Hotels with Parking in Chichibu

Nous avons séjourné pour le festival de chichibua Matsuri La chambre et le personnel était très agréable. On a bien pu se reposer dans notre onsen privée et le petit déjeuner japonais est très sympa (servis à partir de 8am) Parfait pour un retrait au calme du bruit de Tokyo m découvrir la nature environnante

Call back trip.com, Miss Peng, who is in charge, works hard to assist, it is worth it! Finally found the self-service door password and successfully entered. The hotel management is insufficient, there is no communication with customers, there are two password locks, I don't know that it is the door, and the room is not stated in the room; the contact number is not received after 6:00 pm, so that the guests are incompetent and surprised!

Araki Kousen Ryokan was absolutely lovely and felt very welcoming for our family. This was our first stay at a ryokan in Japan, and while we were initially a little worried it might feel old or uncomfortable, it was actually very clean, cozy, and full of charm. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home, even helping us secure a dinner reservation at a local restaurant. The onsen was relaxing and the water temperature was just right. Breakfast was a highlight as well—delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and a wonderful way to start the day together. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return with our family again.

Due to some technical issue, I didn't receive my room number and key number via email. I tried calling the phone number listed upon arrival to confirm, but couldn't get through at all, leaving me waiting outside the hotel for over an hour. I finally found an alternative contact number on another website and was able to get in, but the person who called me was incredibly unhelpful. I even had to cancel my planned dinner, making for a terrible start to my stay. The room itself was clean and satisfactory, which makes the poor service all the more regrettable.
