Except that the location is not as good as another five-star hotel, (the location is about 1 km away, but at night, when the lights of the two small islands are dim, this point is exceeded), everything else exceeds expectations.

Guest UserThe rooms are simple but spacious. Breakfasts are modest; you can only boil eggs. The public, free beach is nearby, a 3-minute walk away. It was very hot at the end of May, +30°C, and the air conditioning wasn't working. They couldn't fix it in 2 days. The hotel is mainly occupied by retirees.
To get to the center of Stresa, it's a 20-minute walk along a beautiful promenade.

The hotel is quite tired, has seen better times. Utug is given for a separate fee, refer to some order. Although nowhere else in Italy, this trip has not been the same.
The positive factors were three: the location, the Russian-speaking administrator, which helped us very much with his advice. Thanks to her separately!
And breakfast is very, very delicious!

Guest UserWe were super satisfied with the hotel: very central, comfortable to reach from the station (10 minutes) and in a moment you get to the lake. With all the services needed in the centre. We have made a little effort with the palms to refresh the air, but the days are really hot. For the rest we will be super happy
