The facility and the ocean view are great. It offered underground parking. The room is cleaned very well every day.
The front desk was rude, when we asked to print out receipts. He said because we booked through Trip.com, we should ask receipt from Trip.com not hotel. We have receipts from all other hotels, even booking thru trip.com. Can Trip.com clarifies this point?

Very good breakfast I would say one of the best breakfast’s for 3-4 stars hotel that I’ve been staying at.
Big balcony!
