新婚旅行で８つほど様々なホテルに宿泊しましたが、最も魅力的で素敵な宿でした🏠✨到着してすぐに温かく迎え入れてくれて、重いキャリーケースを運んで下さったり、オーナーの方々が丁寧にお部屋のことなどをとても親切に説明してくれました🥹✨冷蔵庫の中にはたくさんのお菓子や飲み物など、プレゼント〜！と言ってくれてとっても嬉しく想像以上のおもてなしに旦那と大喜びでした😂💞朝のタクシーも手配してくれて、タクシーが来ると呼びにきてくれたり、帰り際に紙袋いっぱいに手土産をくれたりと感動続きで、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいでした😭❤️お部屋はとても清潔でアメニティも豊富であり、女性にはとてもありがたく嬉しいなと感じました😌✨また是非！！宿泊したいと思っています🥰🫶🏻日本でもここまでのおもてなしはないなと感じるほど、とても素敵なおすすめのゲストハウスです🌷✨

The room environment is very good, close to the airport, is to confirm the morning departure of the shuttle bus with the store twice, the store sent an email at night to tell me that I need to confirm whether to use the car immediately. Was welcomed by the very friendly Dark haired Desk Manager. She swiftly glanced at the colors of my outfit and assigned me a room that perfectly matches... I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name... So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon.. It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism. The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia. As that settled in my mind, she explained the Tiber significance Upstream Rome... Small boats used to go up the Tiber deep into Umbria. The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel... A good 1 hour walk from the airport, especially at night, make a right and follow the river North Bank of the new Canal and you will reach the Hotel... You can't miss it.

Very nice place to stay at the calm and peaceful location, especially if you arrived to Fiumicino Airport after a long-time flight and want to take a rest before you will continue your trip. The beach is 2-3 minutes walk from the apartment, same as the grocery store. Airport is in 7km, 35 Euro and 15-20 minutes by taxi (June 2025, fixed price at the airport taxi point). Room was clean, a/c worked properly. Tasty breakfst will present you a good beginning of your new day. Mucho grazie to the owners!

The hotel itself was clean and the location was convenient. The room was comfortable and well maintained. However, the experience at reception was not very pleasant. Maybe the receptionist had a rough night shift, but the welcome felt quite cold and not very friendly. A simple greeting or a more helpful attitude would make a big difference for guests arriving at the hotel. I hope the service at the front desk can improve, because the hotel has good potential overall.

The receptionist is very polite and talented . She care about all the Clients and she is very prepared around the area . Not even at Westin excelsior you receive. Attentions and consideration as from the evening shift receptionist . Hope you treasure her as much as we are pleased with her services . Room is tidy all functions and there is a very good restaurant Calle i conti near by . Good experience

フィウミチーノ空港の乗り継ぎのために泊まりました。空港からは遠く、バスで行くには乗り換えをする必要があります。 設備はとても綺麗でよく整っています。オーナーの方はとても丁寧です。乗り継ぎではなく、ゆったりとした休暇をここで過ごしたいと思いました。

Full facilities, large rooms, not convenient for public use

Excellent hotel and the main superbly stunning staff of the hotel . Excellently organized and given tips on the route . Hotel is not new , but clean and tidy . Appropriate to shorten time before departure or if long connectivity . The hotel has a cosy cafe - there are good restaurants next to it .

Quiet small hotel near Rome airport. It is located away from the glide path, so planes do not interfere. You can swim in the sea, the beaches are sandy. There are both free city ones and a dozen private paid ones. Two buses to Rome, go every hour. In general, a good place to take a break if you have an independent connection in Rome.
