Mmiyasaya新婚旅行で８つほど様々なホテルに宿泊しましたが、最も魅力的で素敵な宿でした🏠✨到着してすぐに温かく迎え入れてくれて、重いキャリーケースを運んで下さったり、オーナーの方々が丁寧にお部屋のことなどをとても親切に説明してくれました🥹✨冷蔵庫の中にはたくさんのお菓子や飲み物など、プレゼント〜！と言ってくれてとっても嬉しく想像以上のおもてなしに旦那と大喜びでした😂💞朝のタクシーも手配してくれて、タクシーが来ると呼びにきてくれたり、帰り際に紙袋いっぱいに手土産をくれたりと感動続きで、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいでした😭❤️お部屋はとても清潔でアメニティも豊富であり、女性にはとてもありがたく嬉しいなと感じました😌✨また是非！！宿泊したいと思っています🥰🫶🏻日本でもここまでのおもてなしはないなと感じるほど、とても素敵なおすすめのゲストハウスです🌷✨

PPerma FortunaWas welcomed by the very friendly Dark haired Desk Manager. She swiftly glanced at the colors of my outfit and assigned me a room that perfectly matches... I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name... So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon.. It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism. The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia. As that settled in my mind, she explained the Tiber significance Upstream Rome... Small boats used to go up the Tiber deep into Umbria. The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel... A good 1 hour walk from the airport, especially at night, make a right and follow the river North Bank of the new Canal and you will reach the Hotel... You can't miss it.

KKirill SapozhnikovVery nice place to stay at the calm and peaceful location, especially if you arrived to Fiumicino Airport after a long-time flight and want to take a rest before you will continue your trip. The beach is 2-3 minutes walk from the apartment, same as the grocery store. Airport is in 7km, 35 Euro and 15-20 minutes by taxi (June 2025, fixed price at the airport taxi point). Room was clean, a/c worked properly. Tasty breakfst will present you a good beginning of your new day. Mucho grazie to the owners!

GGuest UserThis is a pretty standard budget hotel. It's safe and clean, no issues there, but it's quite basic. I'd recommend buying your own water before checking in, as a bottle at the front desk costs 2 euros. Parking nearby is only available overnight. If you're not driving, I'd suggest staying at the airport instead, as this hotel is quite a distance from it. The airport has its own economy pods, those curtained-off sleeping capsules.

GGianfrancoThe receptionist is very polite and talented . She care about all the Clients and she is very prepared around the area . Not even at Westin excelsior you receive. Attentions and consideration as from the evening shift receptionist . Hope you treasure her as much as we are pleased with her services . Room is tidy all functions and there is a very good restaurant Calle i conti near by . Good experience

GGuest UserExcellent hotel and the main superbly stunning staff of the hotel . Excellently organized and given tips on the route . Hotel is not new , but clean and tidy . Appropriate to shorten time before departure or if long connectivity . The hotel has a cosy cafe - there are good restaurants next to it .

JJoanneMarco, who greeted us was so very welcoming, he explained how everything worked, arranged a friend of his to give us a lift to the airport the next morning. We were starving when we arrived late, on a Sunday evening. He found us somewhere to eat and let the restaurant know that we were on our way.
The room was fine, a little tired, but suited our needs, as we were only there for one night, before flying out of Rome Fiumicino.

GGuest UserThe receptionist is kind and helpful. The room is overall clean and tidy and comfortable. The problem is that the sound insulation is very bad and u can hear people talking from everywhere. The location is quite far away from the city, u need to take a 7-9 min walk to the bus station. The hotel shuttle bus to fiumicino airport costs 8 euro. The breakfast is same every day. Overall the stay is fine, the room is ok and I slept well (the noise does not go overnight so it's not big prbl actually).
