This stay was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations! The room was spotlessly clean, the bed in the bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and the overall layout was simple yet cozy. The sofa doubled as a fold-out bed, and the kitchen, fridge, and other amenities were all included, making it a perfect stay for travelers visiting Iceland. As locals living in Iceland, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it to everyone! It's definitely the most comfortable apartment-style hotel in Akureyri, within walking distance of many must-visit spots nearby. A perfect stay! Located at the end of the gorge, the scenery is beautiful, very convenient, suitable for self-driving tour! The room facilities are complete and relatively new, recommended!

The service is very, very good, the hotel is pulled, the hotel waiter arranges someone to send it to Reykjavik.

The apartment is great, but! The check-in instructions are either incomplete or haven't been updated in a while. The instructions say to find the door and two key drawers, but in reality, there are three. Find the drawer marked ”Alma”—none are marked. The lock on the key drawer is old, just like the drawer itself, almost broken. In reality, we had to ring the doorbell and broke a fingernail while trying to open the apartment. The stove doesn't have a hood, so it's a bit awkward to cook like that, but those are minor details. The view is great, the space is large, the apartment is clean and well-equipped. The instructions indicate the Wi-Fi network and password, but there isn't one, and neither is there a password. We found it on a smart speaker by flipping it over. The stairs to the floor are steep. But that's also a technical issue. No matter how much we asked to extend our stay, they wouldn't extend it. It's a shame, because we even spent almost an hour trying to open the door outside with the help of neighbors. Fortunately, people in Iceland are wonderful and responsive. And phone support couldn't open the door either. My advice: try all the key boxes :))))

非常溫馨的公寓，應有盡有，廚房用具都充足，浴室也很大，主臥室可以關門有自己的空間，沙發可以變床，上層閣樓還有三個床位！非常讚！而且地點超方便！

Very clean and spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen and cosy apartment. Apartment can however get noisy from the streets below. Perhaps it was the weekend.

The apartment was very clean, the location is quite good, a little bit outside the center. I think the instructions should be better in terms of how to arrive to the place. Had no exact pictures and was a little bit hard to find it during the night as well as to understand how everything works.

The room is very good and clean

My wife and I booked a double room in this hotel, full of rooms, and the door of the room is already using electronic locks! The first floor is the restaurant, check in is also at the restaurant counter, check in with a free drink from the restaurant. The kitchen has a simple microwave and a kettle to use. The bathroom is in the basement, and it will definitely pass the restaurant on the first floor. It feels a bit strange, and men may still go wrong into the women's bathroom. This part is a bit strange in the design of the compartment. There is a bar behind the hotel, which will be very noisy before snoring at night. Even if the soundproof airtight window is closed, it is quite loud; and the door bow buffer of the restaurant door on the first floor of the hotel is not enough, and the closing will affect the upstairs!
